水泥搅拌桩重力式挡土墙的应用研究

【摘要】 随着高层建筑和地下结构的日趋发展,深基坑开挖工程越来越普遍,到底采用什么样的支护形式最为合适成为一个必须解决的重大问题。搅拌桩支护结构形式在基坑开挖较浅时是一种非常好的支护形式,其适用性和经济性得到了较好体现。本文首先介绍了有关基坑工程的发展状况,并对基坑工程的内容、特点,常用的围护结构形式及其选择,基坑工程的设计、施工和深基坑支护设计的区域性特征作了简单的阐述。同时,对深层水泥土搅拌桩的发展状况、分类、适用性作了简单分析,并进一步深入讨论了水泥土重力式挡墙的相关内容。对搅拌桩支护结构的受力机理以及工作性状进行了分析,讨论了基坑深度、桩入土深度与基坑深度比值(D/H)、挡墙宽度、水土分算与水土合算等因素对支护结构的影响,得到了一些可供工程参考的结论。基于天津市工程地质情况的计算分析表明,对于基坑深度小于6米的基坑都可以使用搅拌桩支护结构,但当开挖深度达到6m左右时,所需的挡墙的厚度接近于基坑深度,这种支护方式已经不经济了,对于更深的基坑,水泥搅拌桩重力式挡土墙支护形式已经不适用了,应考虑采用其他更为合理与经济的支护结构形式。本文根据两个实际工程实例的勘查资料,进行对比计算和分析,得出了有关水泥土搅拌桩在基坑工程应用中的一些规律,可供类似地质条件下的水泥搅拌桩重力式挡土墙的方案选择与设计参考,为今后水泥土重力式挡墙的设计提出了一些建议。最后对盛世园二期基坑工程作完整的计算和分析。

【Abstract】 With the development of high-rise building and underground engineering, there are more and more deep excavation engineering and the various support system were developed. It not easy to choose the best type of foundation pit support system for any deep foundation pit. Cement treated gravity retaining wall is very suitable for the foundation pit that not too deep and proved to be economical by practice. In this paper, the development of the foundation pit engineering was introduced , the fundamental theory, design method and construction of foundation pit engineering were discussed. Then the development, design method and construction of cement treated column were analyzed. More over, the design and construction of cement treated gravity retaining wall, for example, the effect of depth of foundation pit, the ratio of retaining wall embedment(D)to depth of foundation pit(H), the width of retaining wall, the way that how the earth pressure and water pressure were considered on the design of cement treated gravity retaining wall were especially discussed.Analysis based on the physical and mechanical properties of soil in Tianjin city shown that cement treated gravity retaining wall is economical and suitable for the foundation pit when the depth of foundation pit is more than 6.0m. But when the depth of foundation pit is more than 6.0m, the width of cement treated gravity retaining wall need is nearly the same with the depth of foundation pit thus is not suitable and not economical, so some other type of support system should be adopted.Two actual engineering cases of cement treated gravity retaining wall were designed. Some conclusion and suggestion were made by calculation and comparison of these two actual engineering for the engineering with about the same condition. in foundation pit engineering. Finally, the Shengshi Garden foundation pit retaining engineering is completely calculated and designed.
