基于共轨式电喷系统的高压缩比HCCI的实现方法和特性研究

【摘要】 HCCI是一种新型内燃机燃烧过程,以清洁、高效为主要特点。本文研究了在柴油机上、基于高压共轨式电控喷射系统,实现高压缩比下的HCCI燃烧过程的方法,并对其排放和燃烧特性进行了研究。研究过程中发现,HCCI燃烧过程的油耗偏高、适用工况窄、着火始点难以控制,因此提出了以受激燃烧取代压燃的稀薄、均质、受激燃烧为特点的新型燃烧概念。作为准备工作,本文首先研究了高压共轨式电控喷射系统在柴油机上的应用,研究结果表明喷油提前角和喷油压力对混合气的均匀性有很大的影响。接下来,研究了在共轨式电控喷射的柴油机上实现HCCI的方法,研究表明:在喷射压力为80MPa的时候,当喷油提前角到达500BTDC~600BTDC时能实现HCCI燃烧过程。并且研究了HCCI在排放和燃烧的特性。并且在国内外首次以柴油/天然气的方式实现了HCCI燃烧过程。对HCCI的研究表明,HCCI燃烧过程油耗偏高,适用工况集中在中等负荷。其原因之一是着火时刻难以控制。本文提出了稀薄、均质、受激燃烧的新型燃烧概念,其特点为保留了保证HCCI燃烧过程清洁和高效性的必要条件——均质、稀薄,而以受激燃烧取代压燃。本文着重介绍了激励源——超高能放电装置的工作原理和特性研究。

【Abstract】 Homogenous Charge Compression Ignition (HCCI), with the advantages of cleanliness and high-efficiency, is an attractive model of combustion in ICE. This paper focuses on the methods of achieving the HCCI in the high compression ratio diesel with the electronic controlled common-rail injection system. As the preparations, the applications of the electronic controlled common-rail injection system in the diesel have been studied. The result has shown the injection pressure and injection advanced angle affect the uniformity of pre-mixture. Secondly, the research on the methods of achieving the HCCI in the high compression ratio diesel with the electronic controlled common-rail injection system has been carried out. With the 80MPa injection pressure and 500BTDC~600BTDC advanced angle, HCCI can be achieved. At the same time, the characters of HCCI have been studied. Remarkably, applying the diesel/CNG dual fuel into HCCI is the first time in the world.There are two kinds of difficulties in practically applying HCCI. One is the high fuel-consuming, and the other is the narrow suitable operation range. One of the reasons causing these problems is the difficulty in controlling the time of ignition. In order to make the ignition controllable, this research offers a new combustion conception, Lean Homogeneous Charge Exciting Ignition (LHCEI), which reserves the necessary conditions ensuring the advantages of cleanliness and high-efficiency, but replaces the compression ignition with the exciting ignition. This paper pays more attention to exciting source, super high-energy ignition equipment.
