【摘要】 目前我国大、中型企业十分短缺生产和服务第一线的中、高技术人才，而另一方面我国中、高职业技术教育发展落后。这给职校、特别是教师及教师管理提出了更高的要求。本文以中等职业技术学校教师岗位适应性评价及师资配置方案的分析研究为研究方向，在中职教师教学岗位工作评价的基础上，以DEA（数据包络分析）方法和理论为工具，对中职教师教学岗位适应性评价进行了系统的研究，找到了一种对教育评价问题进行全面、客观、综合定量分析的方法；同时研究教师班级管理岗位适应性评价方法。在此基础上，对中职学校师资配置方案进行系统的分析和研究，得出有效结论，提出有益建议。本文进行了以下几方面的研究。DEA分析评价方法适当地应用于教师教学岗位适应性评价，建立了适合于我国中职学校教师岗位适应性评价的评价模型。克服了我国许多中职学校目前在教育评价中存在的不足，为中职教师岗位工作评价设计了合理的评价指标体系，运用特尔菲法确定了各评价指标的权重，并建立了模糊综合评价模型，把模糊综合评价法运用于教学评价中。且应用于实际，得出咸宁应用科技学校全体教师在教学工作和班级管理工作岗位上的评价结果。根据具体评价结果，把教师教学岗位适应性和班级管理岗位适应性结合起来，分析和研究教师岗位适应性。并根据评价结果对目前学校师资配置方案进行分析研究，得出有效结论，提出了有益的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In China nowadays many enterprises in large-scale and middle-scale demand more and more technicians, but the vocational education in our country can’t meet the demand. So how to improve our vocational education is a serious problem we must face. Making full use of teachers’ capability and sense of responsibility is one of the most important approaches in achieving skilled technicians. In the dissertation, methods of the evaluation of teachers in secondary vocational schools on their teaching and education capability are systematically studied. Based on DEA (Data Envelopment Analysis), methodologies are studied on evaluating teachers on the position of teaching as well as on their administrative position. Finally, after these methods are applied to a typical case of the vocational schools, some suggestions on the redistribution of the teachers’ work have been put forward. Research of this dissertation focuses on following aspects: In the evaluation of teachers on their teaching position, the theory of Data Envelopment Analysis is introduced and a model for assessment of teachers is built.Based on the present methods of evaluation on education in vocational school, more suitable methods are studied. As a result of such research, evaluation system of teachers on teaching, research, and administrative position are carefully designed. The Delphi Method is introduced to fix each evaluation index, and a model based on fussy-comprehensive-evaluation theory is built. Beside all, all the theory has been applied to a certain case of vocational schools and a result based on the evaluation is got.Results of evaluation of teachers on teaching position and those on their work in charge of a class are combined to analyze and study teachers’ adaptability of their work. Thus a new project on the redistribution of teachers’ tasks and their work is put forward.更多还原
