【摘要】 人力资本对于经济社会发展的作用，随着知识经济时代的到来已经变得越来越重要。在我国的经济体制向社会主义市场经济转变以及加入WTO的背景下，企业将面临更加残酷的竞争。研究如何增加我国企业人力资本存量、提高其使用效率，以提高我国企业的竞争能力，有着相当重要的现实意义。本文正是试图在此有所尝试和探索。全文结构安排共分四章：第一章主要介绍了人力资本的一些相关概念以及人力资本理论代表人物的主要学术观点；第二章主要介绍了人力资本投资的特点投资形式等；第三章，我国企业人力资本投资的现状分析；第四章，我国企业人力资本投资状况改善的对策。通过文献调研以及理论和实践相结合的方法，在细致分析研究的基础上，得出我国人力资本投资现状主要有以下特点，如企业人力资本投资水平不平衡；企业人力资本投资效率低下浪费严重；企业家人力资本投资水平落后，企业家人力资本的开发还没有应有的重视等。针对这种现状本文提出了改善人力资本状况的应对措施：如完善宏观经济管理制度；建立企业家人力资本的产权交易市场；提高人力资本投资效率、避免投资风险；人力资本投资必须与物质资本投资相适应等等。希望藉此为我国企业在人力资本投资方面，提供一些现实的有意义的借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the knowledge economy’s arriving human capital becomes more and more important for the development of social economy. Under the background that China economic system has changed from planed economy to market economy and China became the member of WTO, enterprises will face keen competition. So it’s very important to do research on how to increase human capital’s quantity and promote its utilizing rate for improving native companies, competence.In this thesis, the penman tries to do research on human capital. The structure of the thesis is divided as follows; in the first chapter, introducing some concepts related to human capital and different schools of thought; in the third chapter, analyzing the present situation of native enterprises human capital investment; In the fourth chapter, pointing out the countermeasure on improving human capital investment.By way of the integration of theory with practice, the penman gives the basic points of the Chinese human capital present situation: human capital investment is imbalance, inefficient and seriously wasteful. Investment in entrepreneur as a kind of human capital is very little, which has been ignored.In view of existing situation, the penman takes effective measure to improve the human capital: improving macroeconomic system; establishing the human capital market which aims to entrepreneur; improving investment efficiency in human capital and lowering investment risk; investment in human capital corresponding to material capital: Penman hopes to give native enterprises significant enlightenment in human capital investment from this thesis.更多还原
