试析当前我国居民收入差距

【摘要】 社会再生产分为生产、分配、交换、消费四个环节，它们之间彼此相互联系相互作用。生产决定其他三个环节，其他三个环节亦反作用于生产。四个环节中，任何一个环节出现问题都会影响整个国民经济再生产的顺利进行。其中，分配环节涉及面更加广泛，它不仅会影响到经济领域，而且也会影响到社会的安定和政权的稳固。因此，居民收入差距问题作为分配关系的一个重要反映，始终是一个关系到经济发展社会稳定的重大问题。 改革开放二十多年以来，中国经济始终保持高速增长的势头，伴随着中国经济的高速增长，居民收入水平也不断提高。但在居民收入快速增长的同时，居民之间的收入差距也在逐渐拉大。我国经济体制改革的目标是建立现代化的社会主义市场经济新体制，它是同社会主义基本制度结合在一起的，邓小平同志指出：“一个公有制占主体，一个共同富裕，这是我们所必须坚持的社会主义的根本原则。”如何认识现阶段我国居民收入差距，怎样在合理拉开收入差距调动劳动者的积极性与实现共同富裕的社会发展目标之间寻找一个最佳的契合点，是我国社会主义市场经济发展所面临的重大理论与实践问题。 本文以马克思主义科学分配理论为指导，借鉴西方经济理论中的合理因素，运用比较分析、实证分析等方法，通过对大量统计数据的分析，对我国现阶段居民收入差距问题进行了深入研究。作者认为：当前我国居民收入差距相当悬殊，而且呈现逐步扩大的趋势，并分析了居民收入差距扩大的原因及其影响，提出了一系列解决措施。本文分为四部分:一、通过对现阶段我国城镇居民收入差距、城乡居民收入差距、不 同地区、不同行业、不同所有制居民收入差距现状的分析，得出 我国居民收入差距扩大的结论。二、分析了造成居民收入差距扩大的原因。主要包括经济发展的区 域不平衡性、大量垄断行业的存在、调节保障机制不健全、非法 经济的存在、个体私营经济的出现等原因，最后分析了影响城乡 居民收入差距的多方面因素。三、阐述了居民收入差距扩大造成的影响。一方面有积极意义，另 一方面是消极影响。包括对有效需求的影响、对供需平衡的影响、 对经济结构的影响和对社会稳定的影响。四，针对我国当前居民收入差距扩大存在的问题，结合我国国情提 出了解决我国居民收入差距扩大的相关对策。包括加快中西部发 展步伐，缩小地区差距、完善社会保障制度、改革税收制度、打 击非法经济、加强制度建设，规范分配行为、扩大就业，缩小收 入差距、增加农民收入等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 The problem of people’s income gap is always one of the hot spots in the economic studies. In recent 20 years, the reform of economic system in our country has made great achievements. But there also exists big problems in the area of income distribution, the biggest being that income gap problem growing steady , which has affected the reproduction of national economy and has aroused a universal discontent.This passage is directed under the theory of Marxist scientific distribution. It mainly takes a further analysis about the contemporary resident income difference problem in our country. It borrows the reasonable factors from the occidental economic theory and applys the means of comparative analysis as well as the experimental analysis by analyzing the massive statistic datum. According to the author: our resident income is greatly disparate in the contemporary period, furthermore, it shows a trend of continuous expansion. The author also analyses the reason and influence of enlarging resident income difference , then it raises a series of resolving measures.This passage is divided into four parts:Part one : drawing the conclusion about the enlarging gap through the analysis about the contemporary cities and towns income difference and the income differences between the residents in different region ,differentprofession and different ownership.Part two: Analyzing the reasons that causes the expanding income gapbetween different residents.Part three: Expounding the influence caused by the enlargement of thisresident income gap .On the one hand , it has the positive meaning ,onethe other hand ,it also has the passive aspect.Part four : putting forward the related policies about the resolutionstoward our country resident income difference, which bases on thecombination the state of our country ,aiming at existential question aboutthe present resident income enlargement.更多还原
