高锰酸钾—湿式粉末活性炭除臭技术研究

【摘要】 湖泊、水库水质污染日趋严重,富营养化程度逐渐加深,在条件适宜的情况下,藻类大量繁殖。藻类在新陈代谢过程中会产生土臭素(GSM)和2-甲基异冰片(MIB)等致臭物质,导致水臭,而常规工艺对致嗅物质的去除能力有限,饮用水中的嗅味常常引起用户的不满。本文对高锰酸钾-湿式粉末活性炭除臭技术进行了研究,结果表明,高锰酸钾-湿式粉末活性炭具有良好的除臭效果。 本文初步探讨了嗅味产生的原因、藻类致臭的机理,分析了原水中的致臭物质的种类及嗅味的发生规律,为水厂控制嗅味提供了预先的防范措施。 建立了主要致臭物质——土臭素(GSM)和2-甲基异冰片(MIB)的检测方法,该方法是以自行研制的C18硅胶键合相填料为固相萃取吸附剂,通过对水中GSM和MIB固相萃取吸附和脱附过程的优化及气相色谱分析条件的探索,完善了饮用水中GSM和MIB的固相萃取-气相色谱法(SPE/GC)。 对济南玉清湖水库的嗅味污染进行了调查与分析,确定藻类过度繁殖是引起水臭的主要原因。 烧杯实验表明,粉末活性碳的吸附效果与吸附时间有关,高锰酸钾-湿式粉末活性炭的最佳联用方式为:粉末活性碳投加在水库取水口,投加量为20mg/L;高锰酸钾投加在水厂进水管(混凝剂投加点之前),投加量为0.5mg/L。 生产性试验表明,常规工艺对嗅味的去除作用有限,而预氯化工艺去除嗅味的效果更低。在原水臭阈值较低的情况下,高锰酸钾预氧化技术可以取得较为满意的除臭效果,滤后水臭阈值的去除率超过80%。与上述三种工艺相比,高锰酸钾-湿式粉末活性炭技术的除臭效果最好,滤后水中藻类的去除率为84.87%,MIB的去除率为100%,臭阈值的去除为90.63%。生产性试验同时表明,湿式粉末活性炭具有污染小、投加方便的特点。
【Abstract】 The water quality of the lakes and reservoirs is getting to worse ,the algae increase. Algae could produce Geosmin(GSM) and 2-Methylisoborneol,the last ones lead to odor.Odor in drinking water makes people uncomfortable,resulting in distrust to water quality. This text studied on the use of potassium permanganate in combination with damp powered activated carbon for the removal of Odor,the result incicated that Odor can be controlled effectively.This text discussed the reason of causing Odor ,the mechanism of odor made by algae and analysed the varieties of Odor ,offered advanced measure to controlled Odor.This text set up the method which can examine the conten of GSM and MIB in the water,made sure that algae is the mostly matter which can cause odor.The experimental results with brake showed that the best way of the use about potassium permanganate in combination with damp powered activated carbon is to apply the PAC in Reservoir under the dose of 20mg/L and the KmnO4 before coagulation under the dose of 0.5 mg/L.The experimental results in manufacture showed that conventional treatment processes has few effect on the removal of odor,nor has the chlorin. Odor can be controlled effectively with increasing KmnO4 if TON of the raw water is low,the removal of odor is above 80%.Compared with those technics above, it has the best effect on the removal of odor by potassium permanganate in combination with damp powered activated carbon,the removal of algae is 84.87%,the removal of MIB is 100%,the removal of TON is 90.63%.The damp powered activated carbon has few pollution in manufacture.
