基于集散控制理论水泵站实时监控系统

【摘要】 本文研究了基于集散控制理论的水泵站实时监控系统。集散控制理论的精髓就是控制的分散和管理的集中。为了实现上述目标,整个实时监控系统分为四个层次:设备层、过程控制层、控制管理层和生产管理层,本文对各层的功能、性能和架构进行了详细的探讨。 通讯协议是连接各层的桥梁和纽带,在整个控制系统中起着核心的作用。本文对目前广泛使用的四种通讯协议,即PPI、自由口模式、MPI和PROFIBUS,硬件的配置和软件的实现进行了深入的探讨。 基于这些通讯协议,就可以最大限度地淘汰采用模拟量进行信号传输,优先选用数字量进行信号传输,提高传输的效率和可靠性;可以实现PLC、工控机IPC、智能设备(如变频器)、各类传感器之间的通讯。 本文采用开放式的设计思想,无论是硬件配置还是软件设计都采用模块化的设计模式,由用户的需求决定过程控制层PLC的基本配置,当采用不同的通讯协议时,只要在基本配置的基础上适当增减模块即可。通过以上分析可以看出,该系统具有可互操作性、可移植性、可缩放性、可相互替代性的特征。设计时,既立足于满足当前的需要,又考虑到将来的发展。 本文对水泵站实时监控系统中的关键设备电动蝶阀的控制进行了深入研究,将数控技术和模糊控制理论应用到电动蝶阀控制系统中;同时,根据现场调研的结果,针对电动蝶阀常见故障,在电动蝶阀的行程终点采用加减速控制。由于电动蝶阀在水泵站实时监控系统中占据极为重要的位置,电动蝶阀的故障诊断和故障处理也是本系统重点考虑的内容,通过软件实现对电动机的继电保护功能的软件设计思想是:实现具有反时限特性的过负荷保护;电流速断短路保护。 本文最后论述了工业以太网硬件和软件的实现方法。 本系统从2003年8月投入使用至今,对提高企业的管理水平和经济效益,保证水泵站的稳定、安全、顺行等方面发挥着越来越大的作用。
【Abstract】 The paper emphasize on the system to monitor and control pump station by means of IPC and PLC on the basis of distributed control system. The core and charictaristics of DCS is distributed control and centralized adminstration. The whole system is divided into four layers:equipment layer,process control layer,administrative layer etc. The different layers is connected by communication protocols. It is no doubt that the communication protocols are playing key role in the control systemThe paper look insight into such widely- used communication protocols as PPI, FREEPORT, MPI and PROFIBUS, especially hardware configuration and software configuration. The resercher on them has meaning as follows:By means of these communication protocols,we can use digital signals instead of analogue signals as soon as possible.It is possible to communication between PLC, IPC, Intelligent equipment and censor.The paper sticks to open-minded design method which means that both hardware configuration and software configuration are carried out in the forms of modules. The basic configuration is decided by consumer demands. The different protocols are realized by addition and decrease of modules. During design, I not only pay more attemtion to the current demand, but also to the development in the future.The control of the electrical valves are elaborated in the paper. The advanced technology of numerical control is also applied to it. Meanwhile, I take some special measures to cope with malfunction frequently happening on those electrical valves.By the end of the paper, the realization of Industrial Ethernet is also heartedly discussedThe system has been put to use in the year 2003 and contributed a lot to the improvement of administration and promotion of the rate of proper run.
