新型主从式消弧线圈的研究

【摘要】 本文在总结谐振接地系统各种类型消弧线圈的特点与不足的基础上,针对目前谐振接地电网中存在的问题,提出了主从式消弧线圈方案,该系统采用预调与随调相结合的新型的控制策略,并具有消弧光过电压的功能。本文设计了新型的主从式结构的可调电抗器,开发了其控制系统,并完成了10kV高压实验验证。文章从理论上完成了消弧线圈对弧光过电压的抑制效果分析,建立了电弧仿真模型电路,对消弧光过电压的方案进行了仿真验证。在保持原有消弧线圈优点的基础上,主从式消弧线圈集成了故障选线和消除弧光过电压功能,使谐振接地系统的应用范围进一步扩大。为我国电力系统在中性点接地方式问题上的决策提供一个重要的技术参考。

【Abstract】 In electrical distribution systems, earth fault protection is one of the main functions to reduce outage times. The paper proposes the concept of Main-Slave adjustable coil based on the sum up of various earthing protection methods used in different countries, which adept the pri-adjust and following-set tuning method. The Main-Slave adjustable coil with power electronics is designed. The simulation and test show their prospect as the framework of earthing protection equipment. The paper gives a theoretical analysis of the relations between tuning coils and over voltages in resonant system. A scheme is proposed to solve this problem and its circuit model is built to give a verification. The Main-Slave adjustable coil is presented and compared for advantages and disadvantages, as well as for costs and benefits .To analyses the feasibility of these, also a detailed analysis of the properties of present is given. The proposed system has a advantage of ensuring operational continuity since it does not trip on the first fault, no matter if there is arcing over voltage. And it provides a simple, reliable, selective means of protection. This paper is an attempt to give recommendation for improvement of the present solutions in compensated system.Li Wenfeng(Electric Power System and Automation)Directed by prof. Yang Yihan
