涡轮叶片造型CAD系统研究

【摘要】 涡轮叶片是航空发动机的关键零件之一,涡轮叶片造型CAD系统的研究将大大提高涡轮叶片设计的效率,缩短涡轮叶片设计的周期。 本文以航空发动机涡轮叶片为研究对象,重点研究了涡轮叶片造型CAD系统的关键技术,完成了如下工作: 本文研究了涡轮叶片的外型造型方法。解决了涡轮叶片的叶身截面线拼接问题。提出了缝合法,截面线整体造型法和曲线网格法三种不同的叶身型面造型方法。 本文研究了带复杂内腔的涡轮叶片的造型方法。重点研究了由外型截面线插值得到内心截面数据点的变壁厚法。并深入研究了扰流柱,纵向肋,横向肋这几种内型典型结构的参数化造型方法。 本文详细分析了涡轮叶片的结构和设计方法,在此基础上总结了涡轮叶片的设计规范,并把此规范以设计向导的方式应用于系统中。 本文提出了涡轮叶片特征信息模型,将涡轮叶片的设计信息和几何信息有机的统一在了一起。并在此模型的基础上,实现了涡轮叶片的设计数据管理和设计过程保存。
【Abstract】 Turbine Blade is seen as one key part of the aero-engine. The research of the development of Turbine Blade Modeling CAD system will improve the Blade design efficiency greatly while shorten the Blade design period.In this thesis, the key technologies of Turbine Blade Modeling CAD system are studied based on the deep analysis of the Turbine Blade Modeling. The following are listed works done on this topic:A joining method is given to create the smooth section profile curves of Turbine Blade. The Sew method, Through Curve method and Through Curve Mesh method are presented to construct the Turbine Blade surface which is a free 3D surface.The uneven-thickness algorithm is given to .create the section data of inner Blade. And a parametric method is used for the modeling of the Pin Fin, Spanwise Rib, and Chordwise Rib after delebrately studying their regular structures. By using all these methods, a Turbine Blade model with complex inner cavity can be achieved.Based on the the analysis of structure and design process of Turbine Blade, the Normal Design Rules of Turbine Blade are presented in this paper which are realized by the way of the Design Wizard in the Modeling System.A feature information model is proposed to combine the design information and the geometric information of Turbine Blade in a same model. Built on this feature information model, more fruitful work such as the management of design data, the saving steps of the design process and the rebuilding of the solid modeling can be achieved.
