大装配模型的快速显示技术研究与实现

【摘要】 大装配模型的快速显示技术是数字样机的关键技术之一。本文在UG高级装配功能的基础上,通过二次开发完善了其操纵大装配的不足,总结了一系列从大装配建模、大装配简化及快速操纵大装配的完整解决方案。对缩短产品研制周期,节约企业成本都具有重要意义。论文的主要工作如下: 在UG装配建模的基础上,基于组件的思想对复杂产品进行大装配建模,将大装配分割成计算机能处理的子装配,简化子装配的几何,利用引用集调用子装配的简化几何建立复杂产品的简化大装配模型。 在UG高级装配功能中小平面表示、产品轮廓、链接外部和凸包外形的基础上改进原来方法操作使用不便的问题;同时研究了大装配模型的线框模型简化表示方法,即用简单曲线和简单特征简化大装配。 快速操纵大装配,利用组件过滤器和控制开关快速打开大装配,减少大装配的打开时间;利用组件的属性信息操纵大装配树,快速定位查找装配体中某一组件以便在装配的上下文中编辑组件,修改组件的设计;最后利用UG的接口函数和菜单定义工具二次开发实现了大装配体在某一视图中可见组件的自动选取,自动隐藏或关闭不可见组件,减少了内存中加载组件的数量,能在某一视图中快速操纵大装配。

【Abstract】 The rapid display of large assembly is one of the key techniques of Digital Mock-up. In the thesis, the insufficiency of manipulating large assembly in Unigraphics is improved enormously; a set of comparative perfect resolving scheme according to large assembly, such as large assembly modeling, large assembly simplification and manipulating large assembly rapidly, is summarized, which is very important for shortening the cycle of developing products and saving the cost of enterprises. Main research work and achievements are as follows:Based on assembly modeling of simple products in Unigraphics, the method of large assembly modeling of complex products is put forward. Main idea of the method is that a large assembly is divided into many small subassemblies, at the same time, simplifying geometry of subassemblies. By reference sets, simplification model of complex products is created which is especially useful for browsing its whole shape.In Unigraphics, there are some methods of dealing with large assembly in advanced assembly application, such as representations, product outline, linked exterior and wrap assembly. In the thesis, the disadvantages of those methods were found out and improved. While author summarizes methods of rapid display large assembly using wireframe model, namely simple curves or simple features.Large assembly can be opened quickly with component filters and control switch. A part can be located rapidly in a huge assembly tree by its attribute information, thus the part can be edited in design context. At last, author develops a set of tool with UG/Open application programming interfaces and menu tools. Using the tool, visible parts in a view can be selected automatically and invisible parts can be blanked or closed automatically according to user’s requirement. Since amount of parts loaded in memory is reduced, large assembly can be manipulated rapidly.
