【摘要】 异构系统间的信息交换和共享在制造业信息系统集成中具有重要地位。本文对基于STEP标准的产品数据管理(PDM)建模技术和应用技术进行了研究。论文对STEP标准提案—STEP／PDMschema中的信息模型进行了详细的讨论。该信息模型是CAD／CAPP／CAM／CAE中关于PDM的一个交集。通过该技术，可以有效地实现CAx与PDM系统之间关于产品数据管理的交换和共享。 论文第一章概述了PDM系统的功能、标准化研究现状及其未来的发展趋势，并论述了本文的研究背景及主要研究内容和技术路线。 论文第二章简要介绍了STEP标准的特点、原理和组成，以及STEP标准的形式化描述语言EXPRESS和STEP标准中的标准数据存取界面SDAI。并对PDMschema和AP203应用协议进行了简要的概述。 论文第三章讨论了STEP数据模型之间的映射技术。阐述了STEP模式间映射的意义，并对用EXPRESS-X进行STEP模式映射的技术难度做了一定的分析。最后，针对目前制造领域中常用的应用协议不多且协议已具完整性的特点，研究了一种简单而又实用的方法来实现AP203到PDMschema的模式映射。 论文第四章对STEP标准提案STEP／PDMschema中的产品信息模浙江工业大学硕士学位论文摘要型的构成进行了详细的研究和讨论。 论文第五章是基于STEP/PDM模式的产品配置管理技术的实现部分。该部分对本研究所开发的一个面向产品概念设计的应用系统一基于STEP用DM模式的产品配置管理系统的实现原理进行了详细的介绍。 论文第六章介绍了基于STEP护DM模式的产品配置管理系统所实现的功能。 论文第七章总结了本论文工作的主要研究成果，并展望了未来的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information exchange and sharing between heterogeneous systems are very important for system integration in manufacturing area. The modeling technique and application technique on PDM of STEP standards are studied in this dissertation. The product information model based on STEP/PDMschema is discussed. This model is the intersection of CAD/CAPP/CAE/CAM on PDM. Used by the technique, the issues of the data exchange and sharing of product data management between CAx and PDM or between PDM and PDM will be resolved with high efficiency.The function, application of standards and development tendency of PDM are introduced, the significance, contents and technical line are given in chapter 1.In chapter 2, the characteristics, the principle, the constitution of the STEP standards are introduced. The EXPRESS language and SDAI is explained in this chapter. The AP203 and PDMschema application protocols are briefly stated.In chapter 3, the technique of schema mapping between different STEP application protocols is discussed. The significance of schema mapping between STEP application protocols is stated. It is difficult to implement for schema mapping between different STEP application protocols through EXRESS-X language that are guided by STEP. Lastly,the quantity of application protocols in common use is not too much and the application protocols are integrated in actual manufacturing fields. A practical mapping method is studied to perform the mapping between AP203 and PDMschema.In chapter 4, the product information model on STEP/PDMschema is discussed in detail.In chapter 5, the realization technique of product configuration management based on STEP/PDMschema is discussed. In this paper, the principle of development of the product configuration management for concept design of products is introduced in detail.In chapter 6, the function of the developed product configuration management system based on STEP/PDMschema is shown.Finally, chapter 7 summarizes the fruits of the whole study, and gives the prospects for the tendency of the reaserch.更多还原
