【摘要】 徽州物产瘠薄，历史上一直依赖于江浙皖的物资交流，以维持社会生活的正常运作。抗战时期的徽州，是江浙皖一带最大的国统区。它的周边地区沦陷为敌占区，物资交流异常困难。在特殊的时空条件下，徽州是怎样生存下来，并为抗战做出了特殊的贡献?本文从抗战时期国民政府的物价管制角度出发，考察国民政府物价管制措施在歙县地区的运行和实施情况，并在此基础上，进一步探讨国家与社会之间的复杂关系及其变动带来的影响。 国民政府针对各地物价大幅度波动的情势实行物价管制措施，期望以此为契机来整合地方社会，稳定国统区的统治。在实行过程中，它要求民间力量通过各种方式来参与认同。民间力量在民族主义旗帜的感召下，做出各种牺牲来支持抗战，从而中央、地方、民间力量形成一股合力促使歙县获得暂时的稳定。但随着抗战进程的推进，国民政府为了巩固其合法性资源，对社会的抽取超过了社会可资抽取资源的限度，从而引发来自社会的反抗。社会由参与认同转为对政权的不信任。这样一个逐渐失去民众支持的政权，在解放战争中迅速失败的命运其实早已注定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Huizhou, which was poor in products, always maintained its normal social life on the commodities from Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui in history. During the Anti-Japanese War, Huizhou was the largest area in the GMD regime in the three provinces . Surrounded by the neighboring enemy-occupied areas, the interflowing of commodities turned out to be extremely difficult. How did Huizhou manage to survive and contribute to the war in the special time-space situation? From the angle of National Governments price control during the war, the article research its enforcement in Shexian. On such a basis, the article involves further study about the complex relations between the state and the society as well as the influence of the change between them.In view of the great local price fluctuation, National Government took the measure of price control in the hope of making the local places in conformity and stable under its control. Fork forces were required to participate and identify in various ways. Inspired with nationalism, Folk forces devoted them. Therefore, the forces of the Gentral, local and folk joined together and brought Shexian the temporary stability. As the war went on ,National Government tighten up its social control and folk participation and identification become week. Risistant feeling came into being instead. Together with the crisis of identification of the state political power. That to some extent, caused GMD regime to break down soon in the coming war of liberation.更多还原
