【摘要】 中国大学生篮球联赛(CUBA)，中国体育史上第一个面向高校、面向社会，以培养高素质、高水平篮球后备人才为目标，采取社会化、产业化运作模式的大学生专项运动联赛，自1998年萌芽破土以来已走过了五个赛季。在这五年中，CUBA经过不断探索、不断改革，得到了较大发展。但是，在CBUA这短短的五年发展中，也遇到了许多难题，暴露出许多亟待解决的问题。 本文在广泛征询专家意见的基础上，选取了三个问题对CUBA进行研究：(1)CBUA的基本特征及主要功能；(2)CUBA球队的管理现状；(3)CUBA是否能成为我国篮球人才培养的主流。本文根据我国的实际情况，调查访问了CUBA组委会的官员、CUBA球队的教练员、体育学院资深教授，对这三个问题进行了研究，得出了相应的结论，同时也尝试提出了相应的对策。本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、对比法和数理统计法。 经研究得出以下结论和建议： 结论： (1)CUBA作为大学生篮球联赛，它具有业余性、商业性、文化性、教育性和产业化特征。它对我国的教育事业，高校体育文化都具有积极的促进作用，同时它还可以为培养高素质的篮球人才做出贡献。 (2)CUBA球队管理比较混乱无序，在招生、训练、学习、比赛等方面都没有统一的规章制度，而且球队的训练条件差，教练班子不合理，球队资金紧缺且来源单一，这些都制约着球队的正常发展。 (3)CUBA目前整体竞技水平低下，还不能为CBA及国家队提供人才，但前景被普遍看好，将来一定能成为我国篮球后备人才培养的主流。 建议： (1)CUBA应在现在的基础上，更加紧密的与素质教育和高校体育文化事业相结合，把教育功能更加突出的体现在实处，进一步促进高校体育文化的发展，为素质教育做出更大贡献。 (2)CUBA应脚踏实地地抓球队的管理，加紧制定运动员招生、学习、训练、比赛等方面统一、具体的规章制度。重视教练员的培训工作，逐渐实现教练员的专职化，建立理论和实践相结合的优秀教练班子。 (3)重视青少年篮球运动员的培养，不仅要办许多青少年篮球训练学校，还要注重培养青少年对篮球的热情和热爱，使打篮球成为一种时尚。由此，激发青少年的自觉性和主动性。 (4)CUBA应积极寻求与体委系统的合作，利用和吸收体委系统的运动员和教练员，以促进自身竞技水平的提高。 (5)加快CUBA产业化步伐，积极实行校企联姻。一方面，提高自身水平，吸引观众，积极抢占篮球市场；一方面，积极寻求社会力量的支持，尽早实现“自我造血”功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 CUBA, exclusively belonging to university students, is a five-year-old basketball tournament. With cultivating high-level basketball back-up as its primary goal, it boasts the first college-oriented tournament in China, which adopts the operating pattern of socialization and industrialization. During the past five years, CUBA has achieved remarkable progress by continuous grope and reform. Meanwhile, a lot of complex problems remain and need to be solved immediately.Based on suggestions from experts, this paper focuses on three aspects of CUBA. First, basic characteristics and primary functions of CUBA; second, the administration of CUBA teams; third, the possibility of CUBA’S becoming the main channel of cultivating excellent Chinese basketball players. According to the real situation in China, after the interview with officials and coaches of CUBA and notable professors of faculty of physical education this article analysises the three aspects, draws corresponding conclusions and manages some countermeasures by means of the document-based approach, expert-interview approach, investigation approach, contrast approach and data approach.The conclusions and suggestions of this research are as follows:Conclusions:1. As a college-oriented basketball tournament, with characteristics of amateurism, commercialism, culture, education, and industrialization, CUBA greatly contributes to the development of our educational career, sports culture on college campus and the cultivation of high-level basketball back-up.2. The administration of the team is somewhat disordered in terms of recruiting players, training, learning, and tournament. In addition, bad training conditions, unscientific structure of coach groups and the shortage of fund have been limiting the development of the team.3. Although it is not time for CUBA to provide CBA and country team with qualified players because of low holistic level, it is bound to be the mainstream of cultivating excellent basketball players in China.Suggestions:1. To promote further development of sports culture and quality-oriented education in college, CUBA is supposed to integrate into the cause of sports culture in college, especially the educational function.2. To improve the team administration, CUBA ought to make unitive and specific rules immediately on players’ recruiting, learning, training and tournament. Training for coaches should be stressed so that more" professional and excellent coach teams could be built.3. To cultivate youth basketball players successfully, the stimulation of their enthusiasm, self-consciousness and go-aheadism is as important as setting up training schools for them.4. To improve competitive level, CUBA would rather actively seek the opportunity with system of sports administration in team building and the employment of sportsmen and coaches .5. To step up the industrialization of CUBA and make it cooperated with professional companies, on one hand, it should improve their own level and attract more audience; on the other hand, it has to attain the ability of self-refreshed function by means of seeking support from society.更多还原
