基于数据仓库的医保决策支持系统

【摘要】 随着医保管理信息系统的建立和使用,在医保日常业务处理过程中积累了大量的基础性数据和医保信息。但是这些数据并不能直接用于医保决策。医保管理机构迫切要求建立基于数据仓库的医保决策支持系统,来为医保政策的制定、调整和医保科学化管理提供有力支持。 本文分析了我国医保信息化发展及现状和决策支持系统的发展,论述了基于数据仓库的决策支持系统的体系结构、数据仓库技术、OLAP技术、数据挖掘技术及其应用开发的一般方法。 本文结合泰兴市医保管理系统的开发,重点论述了TX-HDSS的体系结构、数据仓库模型、ETL(Extract Transformation Loading)规则和DSS应用的设计,并在此基础上通过一个具体实例,展现了TX-HDSS的开发和实现过程,并给出运行示例。
【Abstract】 With the establishing and utilizing of the hospitalization insurance management system, lots of data and information about the Hospitalization Insurance have been accumulated during the daily operation. But these data cannot be used directly for hospitalization insurance decision.The hospitalization insurance management organization is urged to establish the hospitalization insurance decision support system (DSS) on the basis of the Data Warehouse. This system is used to support the making and modification of the hospitalization insurance policies and the effective management of hospitalization insurance.This thesis analyzes the development of our country’s hospitalization insurance and DSS, discusses the architecture and the general developing method of the data warehouse-based DSS. Besides, it introduces the relative technology such as data warehouse technology, OLAP, data mining etc.Combined with the development of Taixing hospitalization insurance management system, this thesis stresses the system architecture of the data warehouse based HDSS, the ETL rules, and the design of the DSS application. Finally, it presents the procedure of the development and the realization of the system with a real instance.
