城市虚拟场景规划实验平台的研究

【摘要】 随着数字城市概念的提出,城市规划系统目前成为了最具潜力的一项IT应用技术。尤其是结合了虚拟现实技术的城市规划系统表现出了更加强大的活力。 本论文以虚拟现实技术、GIS技术、面向对象技术和基于组件的软件开发技术为基础,着重阐述了基于虚拟现实技术的城市场景规划实验平台的建立。本实验平台包括三个关键部分:第一部分是三维模型转化模块,提出了一种三维模型数据的提取、优化和保存的方法;第二部分是与三维模型相关的纹理图像转化模块,在该模块下实现了纹理图像数据的有效读取和压缩;最后一个是城市规划与显示模块,它承担三维模型的引入、编辑和规划方案的建立的工作。该模块使用了COM技术实现了三维模型的封装。

【Abstract】 With the rising of the concept of digital city, the system of city planning had been the most prosperous technology in IT fields. Especially when it was integrated with the technology of virtual reality, the ability of city planning system was strengthened.This thesis was based on the technology of virtual reality, GIS, Object-Oriented and COM, and put emphasis on the implementation of the city planning experiment system based on virtual reality. This system included three parts: The first part was the module of converting 3D models, a method to distract, optimize and save the models’ data was put forward in this part; The second module was to convert the pictures relating to the 3D models and distract and compress the data of these pictures; The last one is the module to plan and show the city models. It charged the works of inputting > editing models and building the city planning project. This module implement the encapsulation of models using COM .
