构件技术在CRM中的应用研究

【摘要】 CRM(客户关系管理)是当今企业应用领域的一大热点。从软件开发的角度来讲,一个新的应用领域必然会导致先进的软件技术的争相使用。软构件技术作为软件发展的最新趋势必然会在这一领域发挥应有的作用。CORBA技术作为一种优秀的中间件技术为异构环境下分布式对象之间的互操作提供了技术保证,使我们对整个CRM应用系统的关注集中在业务逻辑构件的开发上,以此为基础构建企业应用服务,这种基于软构件的架构方式便于应用系统业务重组和系统升级。 本文主要研究了CORBA软构件技术在CRM中的应用。课题首先在CRM基本原理的基础上利用UML(统一建模语言)对整个应用系统进行建模,然后细化模型,给出构件的框架,并以框架为蓝图用C++语言和ODBC API数据库技术实现构件并搭建构件服务器。最后以构件服务器提供的应用服务为基础,开发了CRM销售自动化(SFA)子系统。
【Abstract】 CRM is a hot research area of EA now. From software point of view, a total new application will absolutely lead to amount of advanced software technologies use in it. As a new trend of software development, software component technology should be used inevitably in this area. CORBA technology, considered of one of the excellent middleware technologies, can provide distributed environment with good interoperation between objects and also enable the focus of CRM system mainly on the development of business logic components on which the EA services will be composed more easily. This software structure can facilitate the business recomposition and update.In this paper, we mainly research the application of CORBA component technology in CRM. Firstly, we use UML to construct the business model of CRM application system based on the theory of CRM. Secondly, we analysis the business model further to give the skeleton of the components . Thirdly, based on the skeleton, we use C++ and ODBC API to implement the components and construct the component library. Finally, we develop a mini SFA of CRM application system on the basis of services provided by above component library.
