基于OPC的制造系统可重构控制技术研究

【摘要】 随着市场竞争的不断加剧,可重构制造系统(RMS)以其用户化的柔性、对新技术新功能的快速集成性、对市场相应的敏捷性等特点,引起制造业的广泛关注。RMS控制系统的可重构性是RMS重构的关键技术,直接关系到RMS重构的敏捷性和重构成本,因此具有十分重要的研究价值。 本文首先介绍了RMS的基本概念和特点,然后从设备控制器、控制网络、监控平台三个方面论述了RMS控制系统的可重构性,以及OPC(OLE for Process Control)技术对RMS控制系统可重构性带来的影响,并提出了基于OPC的监控平台软件构架。基于以上研究,对所开发的一套基于OPC的可重组的RMS监控软件的资源建模、控件开发、各子系统的结构框架及实现方案进行了说明。并对该软件在南京航空航天大学CIMS中心的MPS系统上的验证进行了说明与对比。 最后,本文对所做的研究工作进行了总结,并对进一步研究提出了设想。
【Abstract】 With more and more aggressive competition on a global scale, Reconfigurable Manufacturing Systems (RMS) characterized by customized flexibility, rapid integration of new functions and new process technologies into exiting systems and the agility of rapidly adapting the changing market have caught many manufacturing vendors’ attention. The reconfigurablity of RMS’ control system is the key technology in the reconfiguring of RMS, which relates to the agility of reconfiguration and reconfiguring cost. So the study of reconfigurable control system is significant.At first, this paper presents the basic concepts and characters of RMS. Then it discusses the reconfigurability of RMS’ control system at aspects of device controller, control net and supervisory software and the important impact of OPC (OLE for Process Control) on reconfigurability of RMS’ control system. It also presents the supervisory software frame based on OPC technology. Based on the above research, this paper also introduces the development of a reconfigurable supervisory software based on OPC technology including the OOPN modeling of resource of RMS, design methods of resource control, the frame of each subsystem and their implement methods. Next, this paper presents the verification of the software with the MPS in the CIMS Center of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and the compare results also are given.At last, this paper summarizes the research work and raises some new hypotheses for deep researches.
