PCNC环境下DNC系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 DNC是用一台或多台计算机对多台数控设备进行综合控制的一种技术,是制造自动化车间的一种有效的运行方式和管理模式。结合DNC发展趋势,基于PCNC(开放式CNC)的DNC系统研究,对于进一步提高设备利用率、改善车间的管理模式、提高生产效率等有重要的意义。 本文首先对DNC系统的发展和研究现状进行了概括和总结。其次,对DNC系统的组成、功能和结构进行了分析和探讨,在此基础上着重介绍了DNC系统的各种通信方式。再次,介绍了PCNC系统的发展现状、软硬件结构,同时结合PCNC和DNC各自的特点及发展趋势研究了PCNC环境下DNC的组建方案,并针对多台基于DOS数控软件的PCNC系统这一具体环境,详细叙述了其DNC系统的总体设计方案、软件开发及其关键技术等。最后,以我校机电学院中心实验室的DNC系统的开发作为实例,具体介绍了课题环境下的DNC系统的开发实现。
【Abstract】 DNC (Direct/Distributed Numerical Control) is a mode that can control and manage one or more numerical machine with one computer or more. It is a very effective way of factory automation. With the developing trend of DNC technology, the research of DNC based on The Open Type PC-NC system have gained more and more attention. It grately improves product efficiency and ameliorates the mode of shop management.so this paper has an important significance of research.First, the paper describes the current research situation of DNC in the world. Next, it studies all-sided aspects of DNC system detailedly including communication structure, function and classification. After that, based on the PCNC system adopted software NC dos application, the detailed design and development process of DNC system is put to study. Under this background, the whole system architecture and related techniques are mainly discussed. Finally, this paper takes a practical DNC project as an example to describe how to design and develope it under the above circumstances.
