【摘要】 改革开放以来，“诚信危机”渗透到了社会各个角落，严重危害了社会的正常发展。因此，“重建诚信”相当重要。然而，现实社会中真正缺乏的不是我们曾经拥有的“德性诚信”，也不是纯粹的西方式的“契约诚信”，而是符合社会主义市场经济需要的、符合当代中国社会特点的现代意义上的诚信。我们所要构筑的是具有民族特色和时代特征的崭新的诚信模式——现代诚信。构筑现代诚信必然要求探索其“渊源”，寻求中西方诚信模式中潜在的合理因素。对德性诚信、契约诚信的对比考察，可以得出三个结论：(1)相对于德性诚信，契约诚信具有历史进步性；(2)相对于契约诚信，德性诚信又有其内在合理性；(3)两种诚信模式具有内在统一性。现代诚信属于上层建筑，由现实的经济基础决定，同时受到现实的政治、社会变革的影响与制约，因此，构筑现代诚信必然要求探索其现实之“本原”。从市场经济、政府、公民社会三个角度对当代中国的诚信缺失作现实考察，可以得出这样的结论：诚信缺失有经济、政治、社会、文化多方面的原因，现代诚信的构筑需要政府、企业、公民多方面的共同努力。现代诚信构筑必须实现对德性诚信、契约诚信的超越，对这两种诚信模式的合理整合。这就需要在建立、完善社会主义市场经济的现实条件下推进“制度创新”的同时，加强“道德重建”。而制度创新、道德重建作用的发挥归根到底，取决于“政府——企业——公民”的互动诚信实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since reform and opening-up, "integrity crisis" has swept each social side and has damaged social normal development, "rebuilding integrity" has been extremely necessary. However, lacking in realistic society in fact is not our once owned dharma integrity, nor pure west contract integrity, but a modern integrity pattern in according with socialism market economy and contemporary china society. What we will construct is a sort of brand-new integrity patternpossessing nationality characteristic and times diagnostic--modern integrity. It is necessary toexplore "origin" of modern integrity to look for potential reason factor in china and western integrity patterns. By contrasts of two existed sorts of integrity patterns, three conclusions can been drawn: (1) relative to dharma integrity, contract integrity has its historic progress; (2) relative to contract integrity, dharma integrity has its internal rationality; (3) two sorts of integrity patterns have internal oneness. Belonging to superstructure, modern integrity is decided by practical economy foundation and affected by practical political and social transform. So it is need to explore its realism for constructing modern integrity. By realistic exploration to integrity lacking in china from three different angles such as market economy, government and civil society, such conclusions can been drawn: economy, political, social and culture factors have caused integrity lacking; the constructing of modern integrity needs common efforts of governments, enterprises and citizens. The constructing of modern integrity must surpass dharma integrity and contract integrity. At the same time, two sorts of integrity patterns must be reasonably conformed. On the conditions of socialism market economy, we not only need push "system innovation", but also need strengthen "morality rebuilding". The functions of system innovation and morality rebuilding depend ultimately on government-enterprise-Citizen’s mutual integrity practices.更多还原
