水力自动翻板闸门的稳定性分析与结构优化设计

【摘要】 连杆滚轮式水力自动翻板闸门因其能随水位涨落而自动启闭,结构简单、造价低廉,等优点,在各类水利工程中得到广泛应用,并产生了很好的经济效益。但与此同时,此门型仍存在频繁摆动、“拍打”、水力现象比较复杂等不稳定现象。本文对连杆滚轮式水力自动翻板闸门进行稳定性分析和结构优化设计,使得它们不仅能更好地应用于各类水利水电工程中,而且能广泛应用于航运工程、城市环境保护和其他相关工程中,将会对社会的发展和生活环境的改善有着重要的意义。本文研究的主要内容如下: (1)分析阐述了水力自动翻板闸门的工作原理和运转机理,结合框图详细分析说明了翻板闸门的运转过程及其稳定条件,给出了闸门在运行过程中的瞬心轨迹线,分析研究了闸门运动过程中的基本平衡方程。 (2)分析阐述了翻板闸门振动类型及其物理过程研究,对各种振动的原因进行了分析,同时也提出了相应的减振措施。根据对翻板闸门的运行分析,提出了翻板闸门优化设计数学模型的一般表达式,并据此编制出水力自动翻板闸门的结构稳定性优化设计程序,对某一工程实例,通过程序的计算,得到了较理想的设计成果。 (3)根据静态平衡理论分析研究了连杆滚轮式水力自动翻板闸门的静态稳定性。在反馈控制理论基础上,分析阐述了水力自动翻板闸门的动态平衡原理,编制闸门运行稳定性分析程序,并据此对水力自动翻板闸门系统的稳定性进行了详细的分析研究。研究表明,连杆滚轮式水力自动闸门本身的结构能保证闸门工作的稳定。 (4)析阐述了连杆滚轮式水力自动翻板闸门的工作状态与水力特性,推求了闸门的开门曲线、启门水位和回关水位,并分析了下游水位对翻板闸门运行的影响。根据翻板闸门的不同水流流态,编制过闸流量计算程序,计算各流态的过闸流量,并绘制了过闸流量与上游水位关系曲线。

【Abstract】 Because of the virtue of automatically switching, simple structure and low cost, etc, the hydraulic automatic tilting gates with connecting lever and rolling wheel have been wildly applied in all kinds of water conservancy and brought much economic benefit. At the same time, they also have the unstable phenomenon such as continually swinging, flapping and complicated hydraulic factors. The stability analysis and structural optimization design of the hydraulic automatic tilting gates with connecting lever and rolling wheel were carried out in the paper to make them not only be better applied in all kinds of water conservancy but also be wildly applied in ship project, city environmental protection, and other correlative project, further to better the social and living condition. The main contents in the paper are as follows:(1) The operational principle of the hydraulic automatic tilting gates with connecting lever and rolling wheel were analyzed. Using block diagram, the author elaborated on the running course and steady factors of the tilting gate. Then the instantaneous running center in the running course of the tilting gate was brought forward, and the trochoid of the center was described. And then the basic balance equations in the course of the running of the gate were analyzed and studied.(2) According to the theory, the author studied the static state stability of the hydraulic automatic tilting gate with connecting lever and rolling wheel. On the basis of feedback control, the author analyzed dynamic balance principle of the hydraulic automatic tilting gate, then worked out the stability analysis program of the gate to analyze the stability of the hydraulic automatic tilting gate system. So the hydraulic automatic tilting gate with connecting lever and rolling wheel can ensure the stability of itself.(3) The vibration types and physical course of the tilting gate were elaborated, the causes of all kinds of the vibration were analyzed, and then the corresponding shock absorption measures were put forward. According to the analysis of the gate, the author put forward a mathematical model of the optimization design of the hydraulic automatic tilting gate, and then worked out the structural stability optimization design program of the hydraulic automatic tilting gate. Then by the calculation of the program, a better design for a certain project was gained.(4) The running state and hydraulic property of the hydraulic automatic tilting gate with connecting lever and rolling wheel were analyzed. The open-door curve, start-up water level and shutdown water level were ascertained, then the influence of lower reaches of a river to the running of a tilting gate was analyzed. According to the diverse current state of a tilting gate, the flux calculation program was worked out to calculate the flux at different current state of the gate and to protract the curves of flux to upper reaches of the gate.
