地铁盾构隧道施工期地表沉降监测研究

【摘要】 本文以南京地铁盾构隧道为具体研究对象,以南京地区地表沉降监测分析、监测信息合理快速反馈为研究目标,对地铁盾构隧道施工期引起地表沉降的若干问题进行了深入的研究。完成的主要研究内容如下: 1、根据盾构法的施工特点及原理,在明确了盾构施工安全影响因素的基础上,从监测方案设计原则、监测断面的选择、监测点的布置、监测内容以及信息反馈等出发,提出行之有效的监测方案;详细分析了掘进模式、土压力选择、壁后注浆、盾构纠偏等施工控制手段,用来减小盾构施工对周边环境的影响。 2、通过对盾构推进产生地表沉降机理的论述,在总结了各种理论计算方法的基础上,结合南京地铁玄武门~新模范马路区间的实际情况,实测了大量的横断面数据,并进行分析研究,得出了盾构推进对地表影响的主区域和次区域,明确了盾构推进时对横向地表的影响范围,研究结论具有很好的社会效益和经济效益。通过对比Peck法计算值和实测值,验证现有的经验参数是否能很好地满足南京地区的实际情况,通过对实测曲线的拟合和数值计算得到沉降槽半宽度,从而改进了南京地区横向地表沉降槽宽度系数k的取值范围,有助于盾构法在南京地区的推广和应用。 3、通过对南京地铁盾构区间实测数据的分析,研究盾构推进过程对纵向地表沉降的影响过程,总结了南京地区盾构推进时各阶段沉降量占总沉降量的百分比,比较了盾构施工时距切口不同距离地表的沉降情况,对指导施工有重要意义。用时间序列动态模型与静态多项式模型分别对纵向地表的沉降值进行预报和外推,跟实测值进行了对比,取得了良好的效果。时序模型的动态预测具有很好的实用价值,对于掌握盾构切口前后的地表沉降情况、保护周边环境安全、为后续工程的设计与施工积累经验有着重要意义。 4、为了直观、快速地反映和评价监测结果,初步建立了盾构施工监测数据库,可以随时动态地显示地表沉降曲线以及其与盾构推进施工参数间的相互联系。为管理人员提供科学化、规范化盾构施工管理的手段,为工程技术人员快速查询特定信息和分析、预测、评价周边环境安全,并做出决策提供依据。
【Abstract】 Combining with the shield drive tunneJ of Nanjing metro, based on the analysis on ground settlement and surveying materials feedback quickly and reasonably, the several problems of g round settlement during shield tunnel construction are w idely studied in this paper. The primary contents are as follows:1. According to the feature and the theory of shield tunnel construction, based on the factors that cause effects on environment, the workable monitoring project is established, which include principles of design, the selection of monitoring cross section, the layout of monitoring points, monitoring content and materials feedback. Such as operation program, selection of earth pressure, wall-back grouting, rectification of shield machine, which are used to reduce the effect of construction on environment, are analyzed in detail.2. Based on some calculation methods on transverse ground settlement, the mechanics of ground settlement caused by shield tunnel construction are discussed. In combination with the shield driven section from XuanWu Gate station to New MoFan Road station of Nanjing Metro, the monitoring data are analyzed. Mainly zone and the subordinate zone of ground settlement caused by shield tunneling is summed up, and the influence zone are definite. Great economic and social benefits are gained. Compared w ith t he c alculated r esults and monitoring data, to verify i f the p resent parameters can accord with the real situation of Nanjing. The distribution of surface settlement trough is obtained by one-dimensional wave theory and calculation. The range of surface settlement trough coefficient is retrofitted. These conclusions are contributed to extend shield method in Nanjing.3. Longitudinal ground settlements caused by shield tunneling are analyzed by monitoring data. The settlements in different period are concluded. The settlements of different distance away from the incision are compared which possesses an important significance for construction. Compared with the cases of application between the dynamic model and static model, it is indicated that the method of time series analysis is an important and advanced forecasting method in statistical forecasting . It will be helpful to protect the environment , design of the succeeding engineering and experience accumulation.4. In order to evaluate the monitoring data quickly and timely, the database for shield tunneling monitoring are present which can dynamic display the ground settlement curve. It will be the means for manage shield tunnel construction normatively and scientifically. Besides, the engineers can inquire special information, predict or evaluation the environment, and make decision by this way.
