组态软件中控制算法的应用及研究

【摘要】 组态软件是计算机技术与控制技术发展的产物,随着以工业PC为核心的自动控制集成系统技术的日趋完善,组态软件越来越多的应用于工控系统的各个领域。用户对组态软件功能的要求也由过去主要侧重于画面,向实质性的应用功能(如过程控制策略、远程联网等)更高和更广的层面发展。 本文根据实验室工程项目应用的实际提出对组态软件的控制功能进行研究开发,首先对组态软件的成长背景、功能特点、设计思想、体系结构及发展方向进行分析与总结。然后对过程控制技术及其应用现状进行了论述,研究了工程中常用控制算法的原理及设计方法。结合实例阐述了开发所用到的组件技术的原理及使用、应用程序间数据通讯的方法。在此基础上结合过程控制系统的特点,参考组态的思想,用组件技术开发了一些控制算法模块。本文的主要目的是以组件的形式实现控制理论中的各种控制算法,使得这些算法能够方便而快捷地应用到实际中。最后,在过程控制实验装置上进行测试验证其可行性。

【Abstract】 Configuration software results from the development of computer technology and control technology, and with the ever-perfecting of the industry-PC-cored autocontrol-integrate-system technology, the application of configuration software in the fields of industry control has become wider and wider. At the same time, users’ requirements are varying from the photo-focused- mainly in the past to the higher and wider layer in practice.According to the factual use in project of our lab, this article introduces some ways about researches and developments in control function of Configuration software. At first, it gives a analysis and summary about the Configuration software’s development background, functional traits, designing thoughts, system structure and development direction. Then it discusses the process-control technology and its status quo in application, which introduces the theory and design method of control arithmetic often used in engineering. Also combined the examples, it expatiated the theory and use of COM technology and the way of data communication among applications which are involved in development. On the basis mentioned above and using component technology, it, combined the characters of process-control system and referring to the thoughts of configuration, designs some control-arithmetic modules. The main purpose of this article is to realize various kinds of control arithmetic in control theory in the form of the component and to apply these arithmetic to projects easily. The feasibility of these arithmetic has been validated in process-control equipments.
