基于Web服务的供应链集成研究

【摘要】 本论文研究的问题集中于如何利用Web Services实现供应链的外部集成----即企业间的信息集成。文中将其划分为数据集成和流程集成两个层面,通过实例探讨基于Web Services的信息集成应用的逻辑架构设计方法和技术应用原则,并且分析其如何更好地实现或改进业务集成模式。首先,论文提出集成是供应链管理的灵魂和成功实施的关键所在,无论从企业战略还是运作层面,只有通过集成协作才可以提高整个供应链的绩效。其次,论文从数据集成和流程集成两个层面来分析当前供应链业务集成中所应用的信息集成技术,指出它们的不足之处。随后,介绍基于Web Services技术的集成架构,以及其如何能够更好地适应供应链上企业间的信息集成。最后,论文结合电子商务模式设计方法及Web Services的技术特点,以北京百事可乐的Pepsi WAT运作模式的实践为例,综合信息系统设计方法提炼出以业务驱动的基于Web Services的供应链信息集成应用架构设计过程和技术应用原则。同时,在Pepsi WAT的设计过程中,利用Web Services更好地实现及改进了业务模式,优化了供应链管理绩效。

【Abstract】 Issue of the thesis concentrates on how to make use of Web Services to realize extended integration of supply chain---- Information integration of Inter-enterprise, In the thesis it’s divided into data integrate and procedure integrate two aspects. Through instance the thesis probes into the design method of logic architecture and technology applied principle of information integration application based on Web Services, and analyzes how to realize or improve the integrated business process mode by use of Web Services.First of all, thesis indicates integration is the soul of SCM and the key point of successful implementation. No matter from enterprise strategy or operation aspect, only through integration and collaboration the performance of the whole supply chain.Secondly, the thesis analyzes information integration technology used in SCM at present from data and process integration two aspect, and point out their weak point. Afterwards, it introduces integration architecture based Web Services, and how can it adapt to inter-enterprise integration in supply chain.Finally, combining e-business patterns and technological characteristic of Web Services, taking Pepsi WAT operation mode of Beijing Pepsi-Cola Beverage co,Ltd as an example, the business drived design course of logic architecture and technology applied principle of information integration application based on Web Services. Meanwhile, in the course of design of Pepsi WAT, utilizing Web Services to realize and improve the business mode better, this have optimized management performance of supply chain.
