工程结构可靠度基础理论研究

【摘要】 本文研究了单个构件和结构体系可靠度的基本理论和经典算法 ,并从理论上分析了经典算法精度的精度问题。本文分析了结构可靠度理论在应用方面的不足和结构体系计算的困难,并进行了一些新的尝试。本文将求解可靠度看作为一个优化过程, 通过运筹学和当量正态化方法提出了单个构件的“优化法”,解决了难为工程人员所掌握和应用的缺点,并为求解可靠度提供了新思路;将“优化法”应用于结构体系的求解中在理论上也是可行的。本文将结构可靠度方法应用到建筑物评定上,为危险房屋的鉴定提供科学结果,优于规范的方法。
【Abstract】 The paper studies basic theory and classical algorithm of single member and structural system, and analyses the accuracy of classical algorithm. The paper analyses the deficiency of structural reliability theory in application and the difficulty of structural system calculation, and make some new attempt. The paper has reliability solution as a procedure of optimization, and brings forward single member’s" Optimization" through operational research and equivalent normalization. The method solve the disadvantage that technician hardly grasp reliability, and provides a new approach. Optimization may be applied to structural system reliability in theory The paper applies reliability method to structure assessment to provide scientific result in identifying dangerous building, and surpass norm method.
