结合配电网络重构的配电网无功综合优化

【摘要】 配电网络重构和电容器优化配置是进行配电网络优化的两大重要手段。这两者都有降低网络有功损耗和提高网络节点电压的功能。但一个是非线性组合优化问题,一个是非线性规划优化问题,因此用传统方法将这两者结合进行配电网络无功综合优化,容易产生“组合爆炸”,而且计算效率低。 本文采用禁忌算法进行配电网络重构。通过设置各环网中常闭分段开关的属性,将各个环网的禁忌搜索邻域“独立”,使解空间连续并按联络开关个数分解,从而很好的发挥禁忌算法寻优效率高和全局寻优的特点。对于电容器优化配置采用单电容补偿定位法,减小待补偿点的个数,将补偿限制在补偿效益最好的点上,同时得到补偿的连续量值。对配电网络无功综合优化,本文提出在同时考虑基于禁忌算法的配电网络重构和补偿电容器连续变量优化的基础上,再应用自适应交叉步长遗传算法进行离散变量求解,获得补偿电容器的离散量值。从而提高了算法的效率、保证了配电网络无功综合优化最优解的获得,并实现了完全寻优的结合方式。 根据上述算法编制了基于C++的计算程序,通过IEEE典型算例,验证了本文算法的正确性和有效性。

【Abstract】 Distribution network reconfiguration and capacitor optimal placement are the two main methods to optimize the distribution network. They both have the function to reduce the active power losses and improve nodes’ voltage level. But the former is nonlinear combining optimal problem and the latter is nonlinear planning optimal problem. So it’s prone to result in "combination exploration" and lower computational efficiency simply combining the above two means to carry on the coordination optimism of distribution network’s reactive power.In this paper, TS algorithm is used to realize the network reconfiguration. By setting the properties of switches in each loop corresponding to the tie switch, the TS searching areas of each loop are made "independent" to each other. In this way the solution areas are made continuous and the dimensions of solution areas are decoupled by numbers of tie switch. Then the advantages for high optimal efficiency and global optimization of TS algorithm can be made good use to the proposed algorithm. To optimize capacitors placement in the distribution system for reducing power losses, the single capacitor compensation method is used to reduce the numbers of locations and to find the locations with best economic profits, meanwhile , the value of continuous variables is gained at the same time. When carrying on the distribution network reactive power coordination optimization, the discrete values of compensation capacitor are obtained using adaptive crossover step genetic algorithm on the basis of consideration of both network reconfiguration based on TS algorithm and compensation capacitors continuous variable optimization, accordingly the high efficiency and global optimal solution of network coordination reactive optimization are achieved.Corresponding software using C++ is programmed according to the algorithm mentioned above. The calculation to the typical IEEE examples shows that the proposed method is correct and effective.
