基于专家系统的自动化立体仓库出入库调度策略研究

【摘要】 在现代物流系统中,自动化立体仓库的应用越来越广泛。而出入库调度是自动化立体仓库调度的一个重要组成部分,合理的出入库调度方案可以大大提高物流效率。因此,对自动化立体仓库出入库调度的研究具有重要的理论意义和工程应用价值。本文就自动化立体仓库出入库调度问题开展了如下工作: 1、系统研究了专家系统的建造原理和技术,提出应用专家系统解决自动化立体仓库出入库调度的总体方案。 2、在对自动化立体仓库作业调度和货位分配原则的归纳、总结基础上,选择了合适的出入库调度的知识表示方式,构建了知识库中的规则。 3、使用面向对象的编程技术,以数据访问对象(ODBC)模型为基础,采用Microsoft Access作为后台数据库创建了专家系统的知识库;建立了专家系统知识管理系统,以便对知识库中的规则进行维护。 4、根据已有的知识表示方式和自动化立体仓库出入库调度的特点,构建了相应的推理机制。 5、以Windows 2000为平台,使用面向对象的Visual C++为编程工具,编制了大量的源程序,实现了整个专家系统。通过算例表明了专家系统应用于自动化立体仓库出入库调度的可行性。

【Abstract】 Automatic Storage/Retrieval System becomes more popular in modern logistics system.Scheduling in or out warehouse is an import part in Automatic Storage/Retrieval System. A reasonable scheme can improve the efficiency of logistics system. So the study of in or out warehouse in Automatic Storage/Retrieval System has import theory and engineer significances. In this paper, several works have been done about scheduling in or out warehouse.1. Studying the principle and technique of Expert Systems and putting forward the main scheme about scheduling in or out warehouse in Automatic Storage/Retrieval System with Expert Systems.2. Choosing appropriate expression of scheduling in or out warehouse and establish the rules of repository on the base of conclusion and summary in the scheduling in or out warehouse and distributing of cargo location.3. Establishing the repository of Expert Systems and founding management systems of Expert Systems based on the model of Microsoft Open DataBase Connectivity (ODBC), the technology of Object-Orient database and Microsoft Access software.4. Building relevant illative mechanism according to the current way of knowledge expression and the characteristic of scheduling in or out warehouse in Automatic Storage/Retrieval System.5. Work outing plentiful original code and realizing the Expert System with the tool of Visual C++ and Windows 2000 platform. Illuminating the feasibility of the Expert System apply in or out warehouse in Automatic Storage/Retrieval System according to an example.
