翅片管换热过程数值模拟及其结构优化

【摘要】 本文将理论分析、数值计算和实验研究三种方法相结合,以采用切削—挤压复合成形新工艺加工的翅片管为研究对象,对其换热过程进行数值模拟并对其结构进行优化设计。 对翅片管的换热过程进行理论分析,提出了翅片管换热分析中采用的理论模型,并对有限元模拟中遇到的相关问题进行处理。这些方法主要有:(1)为了便于建立模型并提高计算速度,对于实际工程中采用的长径比特别大的换热管采取截取有限长度的方法并建立二维对称简化模型;(2)提出采取保留冷流体入口端,截取有限长度的方法施加载荷;(3)适当延长翅片管的出口端和入口端,以便获得稳定工况的数值解。 利用ANSYS有限元程序对翅片管换热器的换热过程进行数值模拟,确定了换热过程中翅片管的温度场和热流量梯度分布状况,对翅片管换热器的多组分流场进行计算,给出了逆流和顺流两种情形下翅片管结构参数对换热效果的影响规律,并利用ANSYS提供的优化技术编写程序对翅片管进行结构优化设计,为其今后在工业中的设计及使用提供了重要依据。 结合实验方法对数值模拟结果进行研究,表明数值模拟结果与实验结果比较吻合。因此,数值模拟技术是研究传热学问题理想而又有效的手段。

【Abstract】 The dissertation combines theoretical analysis and numerical simulation with experience, studied the rib-tube which manufactured by means of cutting-extrusing composite technics.Firstly, The development and general situation of numerical heat transfer and FEM are summarized , the mathematical and FEM models of rib-tube with large aspect ratio are given , and the relative problems are disposed. These methods are following:(1) In order to build FEM model conveniently and enhance calculating speed,interceped a finite length and built a 2D-symmetry model.(2) In order to apply loads conveniently, kept the entrance of cold fluid .(3) In order to obtain numerical results in steady situation, lengthened export and import ends.Secondly, The temperature distribution in rib-tube heat exchanger in the course of heat transfer is programed and simulated using APDL Language of FEM software ANSYS, and the average convection coefficient of both sides is obtained .The rib-tubes with different structure are also simulated and optimized on the base of the calculated results , The relationship between structure and the average convection coefficient of both sides is summrized. The rib-tube structure is optimized using APDL.Finally, combines numerical simulation with experimental research,andresults of numerical simulation are found to be close to the experimental data. Therefor, Numerical Simulation Technology is an efficient and ideal method to research the heat transfer, to design and optimize rib-tube heat transfer.
