DSP微机励磁控制系统研究与开发

【摘要】 励磁控制器是同步发电机励磁系统的重要组成部分,对于电力系统的安全稳定运行起着十分重要的作用。优良的励磁控制系统不仅可以保证发电机安全可靠运行,为电网提供合格的电能,而且能够有效地改善电力系统静态与暂态稳定性。 本文介绍了微机励磁装置的特点、发展现状及存在的问题,论述了微机励磁调节的原理和实现方法,研究开发基于TMS320LF240xa DSP处理器的励磁控制(调节)器,并详细介绍该励磁控制器的具体软硬件设计和实现方法。 该励磁控制器充分发挥了TMS3201f240xa DSP处理器的强大的数据运算能力、丰富的片内外设资源和较强实时控制能力,用单片系统结构实现了快速交流采样,数字同步脉冲形成,CAN现场总线网络、以及PID控制算法和各种励磁限制等功能;用CPLD器件实现了开关量抖动预处理和可控硅触发脉冲遗漏的检测,减轻了DSP处理器负担,提高了励磁控制器可靠性、抗干扰能力和控制能力;使用VC++6.0开发的基于Windows操作系统的励磁系统调试软件,人机界面简洁友好,使用操作灵活方便。 以TMS3201f240xa DSP为核心处理器的励磁控制器具有结构简单可靠,性能价格比高的优点,广泛适用于各种同步发电机励磁控制,特别是中小型水轮发电机,对于促进我国中小型电站的发展具有十分重要意义。

【Abstract】 Excitation Controller is an important part in the excitation system. It’s also important for safely and stably running of the electric power. Excellent excitation controller system not only could guarantee the generator running safely, offer qualify electric power but also could enhance the static stability and transient stability of the electric power system.The feature, status quo and existing problems are described in the article. After analyzing the principle excitation system and the realize method, the excitation controller based on Tms3201f240xa DSP processor is researched and developed, the detail of the hardware, software, firmware and the realized methods are described.The controller takes full advantage of the features of TI Tms3201f240xa processor, such as high performance processing capabilities, plenty of peripherals on chip and high real time control. By the vital of these features the fast AC sampling, synchronic pulse, digital shift phase trigger pulse, CAN bus communication, PID control method and excitation limitations are realized. The pretreatment of the switch signals and the test of the shift phase trigger pulses are realized by using the complex programmable device (CPLD). Because of using TMS3201f240xa and CPLD, the hardware frame of excitation controller is simplified, the stability and anti-disturb of the controller are improved. The excitation debugging software based on Windows is developed in order to make the human interface friendly and to be used easily.Because of its simple construe, high reliability and the high rate of performance to cost, the DSP excitation controller can be widely used in the small or middle size power plant and will be important for these power system.
