【摘要】 Lotus Notes是一个为群体／工作组提供的通过计算机网络达到数据共享与协同工作的分布式客户机／服务器平台。它包含一整套基于通讯基础设施的文档数据库，同时具备分布式储存和通讯的特点。Notes提供的完整的操作环境使我们能够进行企业级的应用开发和系统部署。 本论文主要讨论Lotus Notes群件和Intranet技术在实施办公管理信息系统中的运用。文中分析了近几年国内外管理信息系统的现状和发展趋势，提出了陕西省教育厅办公管理信息系统的体系结构，制定了基于Lotus Notes群件，面向工作流的系统设计方案。在此基础上，作者建立了陕西省教育厅MIS系统协作模型。完成了系统中公文管理、会议系统、公共信息、个人办公等模块的实际开发。 本论文详细介绍了该系统各个功能模块及其实现技术，探讨了办公管理信息系统的安全模型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Lotus Notes is a distributive client/server system terrace which be designed for group and achieve the goal of shared data and cooperative work by computer work. It includes a complete set of documents database based on communication infrastructure and has characteristic distributed storage and communication. The complete operation environment which provide by Notes makes us can carry out application development and system arrangement of enterprise level. The Computer-Support Cooperative Work(CSCW) means a work group to complete a common project synergistically supported by computer network and interface of people and computer in a share environment.This thesis main discussed Office Administration Information System development based on groupware Lotus Notes and Intranet, analysed Information System status quo and development trendency in recent years domestic, rasied Shaanxi Province Education Department MIS structure, worked out workflow oriented design program based on groupware Lotus Notes, established Shaanxi Province Education Commission MIS collaboration model.In this paper, author detaily explained each function module realization, probed into MIS security model, finished function module development of official document, public information, person business work, etc.更多还原
