基于快速扫描的光谱测量技术研究及其应用

【摘要】 作为高科技时代最受重视、应用日益广泛的光谱分析检测技术和光谱仪器,经过近百年的发展,现已经成为一门成熟的理化分析与检测技术,有效地适应着当代科技和各产业提出的种种光谱分析、检测要求。为了更广范围向高科技知识密集化发展,适应当今光、机、电、算一体化发展趋势,对光谱仪器提出了新的要求。 本硕士论文基于电子扫描光谱快速测量技术的对其色度、光通量、薄膜特性测量技术进行了讨论和研究。通过理论推导、数学模拟、建立实验平台以及实验验证等一系列步骤,完成了对光度和色度等特性的多功能测量系统的。 论文首先回顾和总结了光谱分析和测量技术的发展概况,概括了现有的光谱测量技术的基本结构及其分类。然后,从色度学和光度学等科学的角度出发,推导了用于色度、光度以及光学介质特性测量的理论基础。 接着,论文对本课题中提出的测量系统作总体介绍,包括硬件上的构成和配套分析软件的各重要功能,并实验验证其准确性和可靠性。 其次,对光谱实时测量系统和配套分析软件的功能进一步延伸,对其在光学介质特性测量中的应用做了简单介绍。 最后,对全文进行总结,并就光谱实时测量系统仍然存在的一些不足提出改进方向。

【Abstract】 As the highly important and widely used technique in the high-tech age, spectrum analysis-detection and spectrometer, has turned to be a common measurement technique, after near 100 years development. It adapts to all kinds of requirements from all kinds of areas effectively. In order to fit the trend of incorporation for Optics, Mechanics, Electronics and Computer, spectrometer needs to make new progress.This paper studies on the real-time measurement of chroma, luminous flux and optical medium based on spectrum measurement technique. Through theoretical derivation, mathematical simulation, building experimental equipment and experiment testing, an integrated multifunctional measuring system has been developed.This paper, firstly, gives a retrospect to the development of spectrum analysis-detection techniques, summarizing its main structures and classes. Secondly, derived from the theory of colorimetry and radiometry, the basic methods we need in measurement of chroma, radiation and optical medium characteristics have been derived. Thirdly, we introduced the measuring system we developed, including hareware and software. And in order to prove its correctness and reliability, we give the experiment results. Finally, several points and directions are proposed that the author believes could be further improved in the future.
