高端嵌入式系统在气液两相流参数检测中的应用研究

【摘要】 两相流广泛存在于动力、化工、石油、冶金、管道运输、医药、制冷等领域,其参数的测量对国民经济和工业生产都具有十分重要的意义。同时,两相流动是一个非常复杂的过程,参数很多,检测相当困难。以往的测量装置和仪表可分为两类:一类以单片机为核心,功能和资源十分有限,只能简单测量单参数或少数几个参数;另一类基于PC机或工控机,体积过大,冗余较多,无法在现场应用。因此,研究开发便携式高性能检测装置就成为两相流参数检测的迫切要求。 本课题使用嵌入式系统的设计思想和方法,并融合处理多种传感器信息,研制出基于高端嵌入式系统的实用型两相流参数测量系统。为两相流测量技术从实验室走向现场应用提供了一个良好的实现方案,也为其检测装置的研究提供了新的思路和方法。 本论文的主要工作如下: 1.在大量阅读相关参考文献的基础上,归纳了两相流参数检测的方法和各自的特点,并对两相流参数检测的发展趋势做出了分析。 2.将嵌入式系统的设计应用于两相流参数检测装置的设计中。嵌入式软硬件协同设计的新模式,对两相流检测装置的研究开发提供了新的思路和方法。 3.融合压力、温度、电容层析成像传感器等多传感器信息,设计开发了基于嵌入式PC104的高端两相流流量测量系统,集高速数据采集、处理、实时流量计算、曲线显示和网络通讯于一体,具有小巧便携、功能强大、可靠性高、可扩展性好等特点。为两相流参数测量技术应用于工业现场提供了一个较好的解决方案。 4.在两相流量的检测中,综合使用了多种数字滤波的信号处理算法,并进行了大量的油气两相流试验。在使用信号处理和分析技术研究两相流方面作出了有益的尝试。

【Abstract】 Two-phase flows exist in fields such as power, chemistry, petrol, metallurgy, pipeline transportation, medicine and refrigeration industries. Its parameters’ measurement is very important to the national economy and industry production. At the same time, the process of two-phase flow is quite complex and the measurement, is quite difficult. The traditional measurement equipments based on MCU or PC are not suitable for two-phase flows measurement in industry applications. Thus the research and development of practical measurement instruments is quite needed.This thesis combined embedded system design and multi-sensor information fusion.A practical embedded system for two-phase flow measurement was developed. A newmodel of the research of two-phase flows measurement equipment was introduced.And the application of two-phase flows measurement technology in industry field wasdiscussed.The main contributions of the thesis are as follows:1. Based on plenty of thorough reading of relative papers, the methods of two-phase flow measurement was summarized, the main points and the development trend of the measurement of two-phase flow were analyzed.2. The design method of embedded system was applied to the development of two-phase flow measurement instrument. The hardware-software Co-Design model provides a new method to the research and development of two-phase flow measurement instruments.3. Multi-sensor information such as pressure, temperature, ECT, was fused to develop a two-phase flow measurement system base on embedded PC 104. It integrates high-speed data acquisition, processing, flow-rate computing, real-time curve displaying and Ethernet communication.4. A lot of experiments on gas-oil two-phase flow measurement were performed, several data filter algorithms were applied during the experiments. The data of experiments showed that the system entirely met the design demand
