SBUS现场总线的研究与开发

【摘要】 当前,随着计算机技术、通信技术、微电子技术等高科技的飞速发展,世界进入了一个信息时代,同时也为我们控制领域带来了一场巨大的变革,也就是现场总线技术的发展。现场总线以其灵活性、可靠性以及高性能价格比等优点,使工业控制系统的体系结构发生了根本性变化,是自动化领域发展的必然趋势。 面对当前国际上多种现场总线标准共存竞争的局面,如何走出国产化的现场总线标准之路是我们必须思考的问题。本文根据工业控制系统现状及需求,分析并设计一个面向行业、符合我国国情并具有自主知识产权的用于连接现场I/O站和现场智能设备的数字式、双向传输、多分支结构、全冗余的通信网络——SBUS现场总线。 论文在对SBUS现场总线总体结构模型做了一个概要的介绍后,对其协议栈进行了分层的分析研究和设计,详细阐述了各层中的关键技术并分析了采取相应技术的原因和目的。另外还提出了基于SBUS现场总线的新型控制系统的概念和目标体系结构,分析了这种新型控制系统具有的优势和性能,并设计了一个验证系统用来验证协议的正确性和相关特性,分析了SBUS较其他总线在电气控制和过程控制领域内的优势。在论文的最后对SBUS及其控制系统进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, with the rapid development of advanced science and technology, such as computer, communication and micro-electronics, the world has been in the era of information. Because of these high technologies, a great change in control domain has been taken place. This is the development of fieldbus technology. Because of its characteristics of flexibility, high performance and tough credibility, the fieldbus, which brought the fundamental transformation to the structure of industrial automation, is the trend of control system.As there are numerous standards of fieldbus technology in the world, a toughtask run into us Chinese-how to form our own fieldbus standard? So a NationalIPR Fieldbus-SBUS is designed according to advanced fiedlbus technology inthis thesis. SBUS is a redundant, bi-directional, digital data communication protocol used for communications among field instrumentation and control systems which suits the situation of our country.The overview of SBUS is introduced followed by the analysis and design of detail technology in physical layer, data link layer and application layer. The reason and objective of using the technique are presented in chapter 3, chapter 4 and chapter 5. Then, a new control system based on SBUS is proposed, which employs the merits of fieldbus and saves the earlier investment of users by integrating digital and analog signals in the one system. A demo system is configured to validate our design. The advantage of SBUS is concluded. At last, the future of SBUS and the control system based on it is forecasted.
