医学显微图像工作站中的彩色图像处理

【摘要】 医学显微图像是进行医疗诊断的重要参考依据。医学显微图像分析系统是一种用于医学研究和临床医疗诊断的图像处理系统,它可被广泛应用于血细胞分析、染色体分析、病理分析、精液分析、尿沉渣分析等等各个方面。 本文研究的重点是医学显微图像分析系统中的彩色图像处理。目前医学图像研究领域中,大部分研究方向还是在灰度图像的处理和分析上,即使有对彩色图像的分析,也只侧重于某一方面,而不是很系统全面。本文的工作就是开发一个通用彩色医学显微图像处理函数库,包括彩色图像处理的同时,兼顾灰度图像处理,提供关于彩色图像基本处理、预处理以及其他深入分析处理等多项功能,为显微图像的处理及项目的后续开发提供一个良好的研发基础。 本文第一章主要是关于图像、医学图像和医学显微图像分析系统的概述,简单介绍一下相关概念。 第二章是多功能显微图像处理系统的介绍,主要说明该系统的设计思路、硬件结构和软件结构、彩色图像处理函数库的基本结构等等。另外还介绍了一些项目相关的技术背景。 第三章介绍彩色显微图像处理类及其基本功能函数,并详细介绍这些函数的用法及其参数的意义。 第四章主要介绍彩色显微图像的预处理,与灰度图像处理相比较,开发适合彩色图像处理的算法。 第五章介绍彩色显微图像处理类中我们特有的一些新算法。 最后是本文的总结。
【Abstract】 The medical micrograph is one of the important references for medical diagnosis. The medical micrograph analyzing system is an image processing system for physic research and clinical medical diagnosis and it is applied to many aspects, such as analyzing blood corpuscle, chromosome, pathology, semen and so on.The pivot of this paper is the colorful image processing in the medical micrograph analyzing system. At the present time many researchers pay attention to the processing and analysis of gray image. Some others just concentrate on one aspect of color image analysis so the analysis is not adequate. The main work of this paper is to develop a general processing library for color medical micrographs. The library can be applied for basic processing, preprocessing and other thorough analysis on color image. Processing of micrographs can profit from the library a lot. As a special for color images, gray images can also be processed easily with the library.Chapter 1 gives a short introduction to images, micrographs and medical micrograph analysis system.Chapter 2 discuss in detail on the medical micrograph analysis system. We show the design method for the system, the hierarchical of the hardware and the software, the basic structure of the color image-processing library. What’s more, some topics on other technical backgrounds on the project are also discussed.Chapter 3 concentrates on the whole color image-processing class. The interface for each of the major functions is showed in detail in this chapter.Chapter 4 discusses the preprocessing methods for color images. Many methods are discussed or proposed to preprocess the color images in this chapter according to the features of color images. In addition, comparisons of preprocessing methods between color images and gray images are made.Chapter 5 gives a set of new algorithms. These algorithms can be applied to different kinds of processing on color images with good performance.At the end is the summary for the whole thesis.
