【摘要】 随着新型改性天然纤维和功能性化学纤维的不断问世与应用，消费者和销售商对针织面料、针织服装在轻薄、弹性、体型适应性、功能性与舒适性、环保与保健等方面提出了更多更高的要求。另外，随着计算机应用技术和针织设备机电一体化水平的提高，针织新工艺、新技术、新设备也层出不穷。面临更上层楼的新工艺、新技术、新设备，国内日益开放的市场，日趋激烈的竞争和加入WTO带来的机遇，各行各业都迫切地需要寻找管理上的突破，而处在纺织行业的针织企业也不例外。本课题是为企业的生产和设计工作提供更加省时省力的现代信息化手段而开展的，针对中小型针织企业固有特点开发的数据库服务系统，除了可以增强行业内部的技术开发力度，加快新技术的应用步伐之外，还可以迎合我国目前针织企业一般规模较小、灵活机动的特点，推动小批量、多品种的模式的发展，使中小针织企业的生产也能紧跟消费的潮流。本课题通过建立专门的信息存储库，从而把每个厂家都做的信息收集工作，交给专门的技术开发中心来做，这样，就为新产品的开发和上市节省了大量时间，减少了社会分工。 本论文的主要研究内容如下： 1．搭建了一套对中小型针织企业普遍适用的面料数据库服务系统。通过对不同针织企业的比较，综合分析了中小型针织企业在生产和开发中所关注的面料的一些主要性能；同时对现有的数据库技术和网页开发技术进行调研和比较分析，在综合各项开发技术的优缺点的情况下，选择了适合本课题开发的数据库技术和网页开发技术。在此基础上开发出了本课题集录入、修改、删除、查询四大功能于一身的面料数据库服务系统。 2．为了配合面料数据库服务系统的使用，采用visual basic开发了一套可以在较短时间内绘出面料三角配置以及织针排列的程序，通过该程序的使用，可以使面料信息的输入更加快捷，节省开发时间。 3．通过本课题的开发，建立了一套相关数据库的开发流程，积累了相关数据库的开发经验。 4．在开发面料数据库服务系统的同时，我们还对一千多块面料进行了诸如密度、线圈长东华大学研究生学位论文 度、厚度、平方米克重、透气性、弯曲刚度、折痕恢复性以及抗起毛起球性能的测 试，这些是该系统的最初数据来源。5.通过本课题的开发，我们了解了国内外针织工业的发展趋势以及纺织行业的信息化 进程，了解了我国面料企业存在的一些缺陷，同时对中小型针织企业的发展提出了 自己的一些看法和建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As new type modification natural fiber and functional chemical fiber is more popular at present, consumer and seller have more and higher requirement about thinness, elasticity, body adaptability, functionality and comfort index, environment protection and health care in knitting fabric. In addition, as computer applied technology and electromechanical all-in-one of knitting equipment unit have prodigious improvement, new knitting technology, new technique, new equipment emerge in endlessly too. Be confronted with more and more new technology, technique, equipment, opening domestic market increasingly, drastic competition increasingly and confronted opportunity for entering WTO, every walk of life need urgently find breakthrough in management. The intention of the works is offering better means of modern information for production and scheme of knitting corporations. Exploitation of data-base serving system is based on inhere peculiarity of medium-sized and pint-sized corporation, except for enhancing capability of technology exploitation and quicken application of new technology, driving the mode of small batch and many variety catering to peculiarity of domestic knitting corporations, making medium-sized and pint-sized corporations keep up with consume tide. This works makes special technique exploitation center do information collection task that every corporation need to do via foundation of special information data-base. In this way, saving many time for new production coming into the market and exploiting.The works carried out are listed as below:1. Knitting fabric data-base serving system, of which one is for common use in the medium-sized and pint-sized knitting corporations, is established. It is pointed what is most important performances in production and exploitation of medium-sized and pint-sized corporations, via comparing different knitting corporations. In the foundationof investigating and searching present data-base and network-page exploitation technique, considering synthetically strongpoint and shortcoming of every set of exploitation technique, then data-base technique and network-page exploitation technique, of which are for use in the works, are selected. Using these exploitation techniques, knitting fabric data-base serving system which included four functions: input, modify, query and delete were exploited.2. The program, of which draws knitting fabric weave configuration and needle arrangement on spending less time, is established for cooperating the use of knitting fabric data-base serving system. Quickening input of knitting fabric information and saving exploitation time via use of the program.3. A set of exploitation process of homologous data-base serving system is established and experience of homologous system via exploitation of the works were accumulated.4. The knitting fabric data-base was exploited. At the same time, more than one thousand knitting fabric were tested. The original data resources were obtained from tests. These tests included are listed as below: density, loop length, thickness, the weight of square meter, bend rigidity, reversion capability of crease and capability of anti-fluff.5. The development direction of domestic and overseas knitting corporations, the information development process of textile industry and shortcoming of domestic knitting fabric corporations were investigated.
