敏捷制造环境下纺织工艺智能设计系统的研究

【摘要】 敏捷制造(Agile Manufacturing)是作为“21世纪制造企业战略”的概念提出来的,而敏捷制造的关键之一是企业的敏捷性(Agility),即企业被动地适应市场的能力和企业主动开拓市场的能力。在敏捷制造环境下毛纺企业中的工艺设计已经转变成为产品加工“链”中的核心环节,在敏捷纺织品加工中发挥关键作用。 企业类型不同,其生产经营方式也不同,在进行信息化建设中的特点和侧重点也不同。本文以毛纺企业为研究对象,从工程应用的角度探讨和研究了毛纺企业的信息化平台建设和人工智能技术在毛纺工艺设计中的应用及相关功能模块子系统的一些基本原理、相关理论和实现技术。 第一章概述了现代产品制造模式,并在此基础上引出了敏捷制造的概念和敏捷制造环境下纺织行业新的需求,从而导出了本文的论题敏捷化的制造环境下需要敏捷化的设计。最后在此章节中阐述了研究背景和意义。 第二章首先对本系统所研究对象的相关领域背景和领域知识—毛纺生产与工艺设计进行了分析和介绍,并总结了相关的业务规则,建立了对应的业务模型。然后在此基础上提出了系统的体系结构设计,和系统的运行平台和拓扑结构,最后对系统的功能设计进行了完整的介绍。 第三章研究了本文的关键技术研究,首先是工艺智能的技术研究,在工艺设计信息化平台的基础上,如何利用人工智能的原理实现智能化的设计。然后是信息处理和编程中运用的主要技术。最后探讨了Matlab工具和.Net混合编程的技巧。 第四章首先介绍了本系统的基础设计,然后分别详细阐述了工艺设计分系统、物价化验分系统、神经网络参数化推理分系统和工艺参数自动化计算的设计与实现。 第五章按照工艺设计中的关键操作流程,结合课题所开发的系统,通过一个具体的设计案例展现了系统的主要功能。 第六章为本文的结论部分,对全文的内容做了一个总结,阐述了本文设计的纺织工艺智能设计系统的作用与意义,并提出了展望。

【Abstract】 Agile Manufacturing is a notion proposed as The 21st Century Strategy for Manufacturing Enterprises, a pivot of which is the agility of corporations, i.e. the ability to adapt to and exploit the market actively. In the mode of Agile Manufacturing, Process Planning in textile companies turns to be the core node of the producing chain and plays the leading role of Agile Fabric Processing.Manners of plants to produce and manage differ in different types of them, thus causes different characters and emphases in the stage of informationization. Aiming at wool spinning mills, this paper discusses solutions to informationize them from the point of view of engineering application, investigates the application of Artificial Intelligence in Process Planning for wool spinning, and presents some basic principles, related theories and technologies adopted in subsystems with corresponding functional modules.In Chapter 1, modern manufacturing modes are summarized, then the concept of Agile Manufacturing is introduced, new requirements of textile industry in this mode are analyzed, accordingly the thesis is presented that Agile Design is indispensable in Agile Manufacturing. Finally the background and significance of this research work are mentioned.In Chapter 2, procedures and process planning of wool spinning, in the domain of which this system is studied, is introduced and analyzed. With the relating operation rules reduced, corresponding business models were analyzed, and the system framework design is presented together with the run-platform and topological structure of this system. Then functional design of it is described completely.In Chapter 3, several innovative points are expounded to settle how to realize Intelligent Design on the Information System for Process Planning with various theories on Artificial Intelligence. Plan of the process parameters reasoning module and its realization are described at first. There are some key technologies related to this module, such as integrating data from different information points, modeling ArtificialNeural Network for fabric process design, setting frames and parameters flexibly for each reasoning model based on knowledge expression with XML, and programming methods on combining Matlab with .Net. Then another module of the system to realize process searching based on CBR (Case Based Reasoning), a principle of Artificial Intelligence, is exhibited. Problems to be solved here are extracting properties of cases for process models, arithmetic to search cases, and setting weight of case properties. In the end, techniques based on empirical formulae and rules known in Fabric Process Design are analyzed to perform automatic calculating.Chapter 4 outlines basic design for this system, and elaborates on solutions to 2 relating subsystems, process planning and products testing, and steps to design them in details. Some crucial methods and theories used in this course, including technologies such as Object Oriented Modeling, Web Server Controls, and JavaScript at front ends are referred too.According to key operating flows in process planning, a specific design case with the system developed is illustrated to show main functions of the system in Chapter 5.At the conclusion of this thesis, Chapter 6 gives a summarization to emphasize on the role and significance of the Intelligent Fabric Process Design System, and a view of it in the future.
