基于现场总线的铺排船PLC控制系统的研究和开发

【摘要】 铺排船是一种为适应长江航道治理工程的需求而建造的专用工程船舶,主要用于铺设软体排。铺设软体排是目前在护堤和治理航道两项工程中采用的新技术。本文研究的就是基于现场总线的铺排船PLC控制系统。 本文首先为大家全面介绍了铺排船的系统构成和施工工艺流程,控制对象的特点以及控制要求,并依此制订了基于PROFIBUS现场总线的PLC控制方案。接着介绍了现场总线(特别是PROFIBUS现场总线)的特性及在工厂自动化系统中的位置。现场总线作为一种工业环境中的通信标准,与其它网路相比较,更适合于现场级设备的互连。与传统的控制系统相比,现场总线控制系统的特点可以概括成三点;数字信号传输;开放性系统;现场设备智能化。文中结合西门子公司的相关产品,深入研究了PROFIBUS-DP总线体系结构和应用时要考虑的实际问题。本文着重讨论了铺排船控制系统中使用的SIMATIC S7-300 PLC的系统结构、编程方式、硬件组成、通讯组网以及它们的应用。S7系列PLC采用了模块化、无排风扇结构和易于用户掌握等特点,这些特点使得它们成为各种小规模到中等性能要求以及大规模应用的首选产品。该系列提供了完成控制任务既方便又经济的解决方案。 如何运用“STEP7”组态软件来组态铺排船PLC控制系统和相应铺排控制编程是本文的核心内容。通过相应组态和编程,使我们对总线技术和PLC控制方法有了具体和深刻的认识。本文也简要介绍了触摸屏的原理、类型及触摸屏软件ProTool的使用。ProTool是组态基于Windows系统以及基于文本和图形显示的组态软件包,使用它可以组态整个SIMATICHMI设备系列中的所有设备。 文章的最后对项目中遇到的关键问题进行了总结。

【Abstract】 In order to meet the requirement of harnessing Changjiang sea-route, a new type of engineering ship-the geotextiles-laying vessel is born, this ship is used for paving soft body row primarily. Paving soft body row is a new technique used for protecting dyke and managing sea-route. This paper namely researches the geotextiles-laying vessel PLC control system based on fieldbus.First of all, this paper comprehensively introduces the structure of geotextiles-laying vessel system, craft process of the project, as well as control demand and the characteristics of objects. According to control demand, we establish a feasible control scheme based on PROFIBUS networks and programmable logic controller. Secendly this paper analyzes the characteristics of the fieldbus (especially PROFUBUS) and its location in the factory automation systems. As a kind of communication standard in the industrial enviroment, the fieldbus is more suitable for the connection of the spot equipments compared to other networks. The characteristic of control system based on fieldbus can be described as three aspects compared to traditional control system: transmit of digital signal, opening systems, intelligence of spot equipment. Illustrated with the products of SIEMENS Corporation, we study deeply the system structure of PROFIBUS-DP netwoks and pratical problems considerd when using. This paper emphasizes system constitutes, programme methods, hadware composing, communication networks of SIMATIC S7-300 PLC and their applications. The S7-300 series is a line of micro-programmable logic controllers that can control a variety of automation applications. Compact design, low cost, and a powerful instruction set make the S7-300 controllers a perfect solution for controlling medium applications. The wide variety of CPU sizes and voltages and windows-based programming tool give you the flexibility you need to solve your automation problems.The core content of this paper are configuration of geotextiles-laying vessel PLC control system and relevent programme of geotextiles-laying control system using software "STEP7". Through relevant configuration and programme,we have got concrete and profound acquaintance on the fieldbus and PLC control methods. This paper also introduces the principle and styles of touch panel as well as usage of touch panel software "PROTOOL" briefly. ProTool is an innovative configuration software package for the whole SIMATIC HMI family. You use the same configuration software to configure all the devices in the family regardless of the device for which you are creating your project.The full paper finally sum up the key problems that are met in the whole project.
