【摘要】 目前，现代物流已经成为一个新的经济热点，物流是企业的第三利润源泉，因此如何挖掘物流潜力，提高社会总体效益，节约社会资源，是企业寻求成本优势和差别化优势的重要措施，也是企业发展的新战略。现代物流不仅要降低物流成本，更要满足顾客多种多样的需求，它是时代发展的必然，也是时代赋予物流业的使命。 物流中心在现代商品流通中的作用极大，它通过对商品的运输，保管，装卸，搬运，流通加工，配送，定单处理和信息处理等工作的统一管理，可以大大减轻作业劳动强度，减少商品消耗，提高库存周转率，加速商品流通，降低流通成本，提高社会需求的满足程度，给消费者以更多选择。 构建多功能的物流中心是我国企业物流发展的最终方向。近年来，我国企业效益滑坡，经营萎缩，在相当长的时间内还不能为企业提供全方位低成本的物流服务；同时，第三方物流的兴起，社会物流的蓬勃发展，将极大地改善企业的物流状况。因此，建立现代化的物流中心是形势发展的必然趋势。 要使物流中心在现代商品流通中发挥最大的经济效益，我们要解决的问题是如何选好物流中心的地理位置以及与物流中心合理布局，以降低物流的总成本。 本文介绍了物流、物流中心的特点和发展趋势以及详细的讨论了几种典型的物流中心选址的方法和原则。提出了基于层次分析法的物流中心选址的优化方法，找出物流中心选址方法的定量分析和定性分析的结合点。 本论文主要研究工作如下： 1、分析了物流中心在物流系统中的重要性以及物流中心给物流体系所带来的经济效益，提出了建立物流中心的必要性。 2、提出了物流系统进行选址需要注意的问题，影响物流中心选址的因素，以及所要遵循的原则。 3、阐明了几种物流中心选址的方法，在他们的基础上进行创新，提出了一种综合的物流选址的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, modern logistics has become a new economic hotspot. Logistics is the headspring of the third profits, so how to scoop out the logistics potential, increase total society benefit and economy social resource is the important measure for enterprise to seek the cost advantage and the differential advantage .It is also the new strategy for enterprise to make further development. Modern logistics not only need to reduce the logistics cost but also need to satisfy the customers’ diverse request. It is inevitable in the development of the times and it is also the mission that age gives to the logistics enterprises.Logistics center’s function in modern commodity currency is very great. Through unify management to the work such as transportation of the commodity, storage, load, convey, current process, deliver , order form and information handle, logistics center can alleviate the labor intensity and reduce the commodity consume, increase the stock velocity, accelerate the commodity currency, reduce currency cost, increase satisfaction degree of the social demand and offer more choices to consumers.Establish multi-function logistics center is the final develop direction of our logistics enterprises. In recent years, our enterprises’ benefit decrease, and the scale shrinks, so they can’t offer all-directions and low cost logistics service in a long time and also need to improve their logistics condition by themselves. For the special of the logistics enterprises, even social logistics develops to a certain extent, its function can no overlay all the parts of the enterprises logistics. Enterprises logistics have not commutability. For the mention above, establish logistics center is the inevitable trend that situation develop.For the sake of making logistics center develops its maximal economic benefit in modern commodity currency, what we want to deal with is that how to locate the logistics center and its logical layout to reduce the total cost of logistics.This paper introduces the characteristic of logistics and logistics center, development trend and discuss some typical principle and methods of locating logistics center in detail. It brings forward the optimal methods of locating logistics center by using Analytic Hierarchy Process. It also finds out the quantitative analysis orders with the combination of the qualitative analysis. The main research work in this paper is as’follows:1 It analyses the importance of logistics center in logistics system and the economic benefit which logistics center gives to the logistics system. It also brings forward the necessity of establishing logistics center.2, It brings forward what we want to pay attention to when we locating the logistics center, the influence factors and the principles we must follow.3 It clarifies a few methods of location logistics center and has some creative bases on them.
