基于动态规划的计算机孔型优化技术研究

【摘要】 优化设计是指利用最优化原理进行工程设计,使设计结果在某些方面到达最优。战后40年来,工程设计的最优化在机械工程和土木工程等传统项目中获得坚强的立足点。后来,它被推广应用到各种操作系统(城市建设、情报管理、运输、电力、加工工业等),受到各种业务领域的专家们的欢迎。 动态规划法是解决多阶段决策过程最优化的一种方法。这种最优化方法产生在50年代,1951年美国数学家R.Bellman等人,根据一类多阶段决策问题的特点,把多阶段决策问题表示成一系列的单阶段问题,提出了解决这一类问题的“最优化原理”。并将其应用于很多实际问题,从而形成了数学规划中的一个重要分支——动态规划。 在型钢生产中,孔型设计是工艺设计的基本内容之一。传统的孔型设计方法基本上还属于经验加试验法。随着应用数学在工程中的广泛应用和计算机技术的发展,以往的许多经验计算式被一些在某些特定条件下的统计式所代替,并且可以很方便地得到较为准确的结果。在孔型设计中,使用计算机不但可进行分析计算,而且可以实现判断推理。这就是我们常说的“计算机辅助孔型设计”(Computer Aided Roll Pass Design),简称CARD。CARD使得设计周期短、计算准确,与传统的孔型设计方法相比有着极大的优越性。将优化技术用于CARD是必然趋势。这样设计出来的孔型可以使某些目标到达最优,而传统的设计方法是不能够做到的。 本文首先对基于动态规划的优化设计方法进行了介绍,并以一个实际的孔型系统为例,根据其轧制工艺的特点提出所需优化的目标函数,选择适当的优化方法进行优化,并用计算机程序予以实现。要求在满足生产条件要求的情况下,通过优化计算程序实现优化目标。并总结和归纳出充分体现优化方法思想和特点的体系结构和步骤,不仅满足实际生产需要,而且可做进一步的开发和研究。

【Abstract】 Optimization design is reffered as the engineering design employing the optimization priciple making the design results the most optimum in some respects.In the four decades after the Word War II ,the optimization of engineering design found its strong foothold in the traditional projects of mechanical and civil engineerings. It was then introduced and applied to various operational systems(with construction,information, management, transportation, electrical power, processing industries,etc), appreciated by experts in defferent fields.Dynamic programming is a methods in the solution of multistage decision making process. This kind of optimization methods originated in the 1950’s. In 1951, an American mathematist R.Bellman etc, based on the characteristics of a sort of multistage decision making problem expressed it a series of single-stage problems and proposed "The Optimization Principle"for the resolution of this sort of problems. He applied it to many practical problems and then formed one important branch of mathematical programming-dynamic programming.In the production of section steels, ’the design of hole’ is the basic content of technological design. The classic hole design methods is largely belong to experical plus experimental methods. As the widely application of applied mathematics in engineering and the development of computer techniques,many previous experical exprescions were replaced with statistical equations under certain conditions,and more accurate results could be obtained . In hole design, using computer can not only conduct analytical compution,but also realize diagnostic inference. This is what we usually called "Computer Aided Roll hole Design" abbreviated as CARD. CARD makes design period shorter compution periods, having very high superourity compared to the classical methods.The use of optimization technique in CARD is an inevitable trend. The hole designed this way can make some objectives optimum while the classic methods could not.This thesis firstly introduced the optimization methods based on dynamic programming presented the objective function to be optimized according to its rolling technological features, selected appropriate optimization methods to make optimization ,and realized with computer programs. It was desired to realized the optimization objective by means of optimization calculation program as theproduction conditions were fulfilled. To get the conclusion of the structure and system respected fully the theory and characteristis of the optimization methods not only meeting the demand of practical production,but also is subject to further development and study.
