【摘要】 检测、控制技术作为自动化生产过程中的重要组成部分,在工业生产、生活中的运用越来越广泛,尤其是检测技术是研究各门学科的基础。系统的自动化程度越高对检测技术的依赖性就越强,检测技术所要解决的问题是如何准确可靠地获取被控制对象的信息,并通过通信技术和计算机技术完成对信息的处理和传输,检测技术、通信技术、计算机技术是现代信息技术的三大基础学科。 检测技术(传感器技术)是研究各门学科的基础,无论哪一门学科、哪一门技术、哪一个被控对象,没有科学地对原始数据的检测,无论是信息转换、信息处理,还是数据显示,乃至于对最终对象的控制,都将是不可能实现的。 在现代工业中,自动化生产越来越普遍,以机床为例,以前只是测量一些静态或稳态的性能参数,而随着科学技术的进步和加工质量的提高,需要测量许多动态性能,如机床床身的振动,轴向、径向位移的变化,刀具的磨损、负载的变化、工件的尺寸等,这些物理量的测量都需要大量的传感器,此外,在机械加工的过程中,各种保护措施的实施也是自动完成的,如对人身安全的保护需要利用传感器的自动检测来完成。又如冶金企业在生产中常把厚度检测用在钢板轧制过程中,以实现厚度控制轧制。钢材的探伤、定尺、飞剪、称重等也大量用到检测技术。 在日常生活中,各种家用电器的自动化工作同样离不开传感器技术的使用。例如,温度和湿度的测控、煤气泄露报警、无线防盗报警系统、自动开水器、红外感应灯、电器设备保护装置的开启、全自动洗衣机的自动控制等都是先通过传感器进行检测而实现控制的。 计算机的出现给人类社会带来巨大的影响。计算机信息的获得,主要是依靠传感器的检测得到,传感器将某些信息提取并转化成计算机系统所能识别的信号,通过计算机进行信息处理,并输出控制信息,从而完成各种控制要求,传感器与计算机相结合使系统的控制性能大幅度提高。 被检测量→厚度检测传感器 输入信号→计算机数据处理 输出信号→执行机构 本文针对生产实际提出课题,通过对目前的厚度检测技术的广泛调查研究,介绍了目前在生产实际中常用的厚度检测技术,并结合我公司生产实际,选择了重庆大学硕士学位论文中文摘要合适的厚度检测技术,利用厚度检测探头的检测输出值作为钢板分类的基础,在此基础上利用PLC控制系统将钢板按照用户要求的厚度进行自动的分类、堆垛。最终形成检测、分类、堆垛一套完整的控制系统。

【Abstract】 Detection and contron technique feasance very important role in the automation production line in the industry, use more and more, particularly Detection is the basis of the live, the automation System degree is more higher-versus technical dependence of detectoin more strong, what detection technique does is how to obtain control information in the system accurate dependablely, and deliver information by communication technology, deal the information in computer, detection technique, control technology,computer is three greatest foundationses of modern informations science.Detection technique is the foundation of the each science, regardless which sciences, which techniques, which object, none science the earth examination primitive data, and regardless it is an information convert, information handle, and regardless it is a data display, and as far as is to contron object,all of the realization. Is inpossible.In the modern industry, the automation production is more and more widespread used, for example the machine bed, before just measure the performance of some quiescents or steady number, along with the technical advancement of science ,with process the mass’s exaltation, and need to be measured much dynamic performance, such as the body’s vibrating, shaft that machine bed variance, radial displacement abrarion, burden variance, the size measurement of work piece and so on. in addition, every kind of safeguard of the implementation is also automatism to terminate . such as the metallurgy enterprise, the thickness detection is used in the steel plate system in the production course, to control the rolling mill system, the steel material’s visit wound, settle the foot, vessel to shear, weigh the etc.In the daily life, the automation run of the every kind of home appliances can not get away from Detection technique .For instance, the control of the temperature and humidity, annunciator of the coal gas, the wireless system , automation boiled water vessel, infrared ray sense light, the open of electric appliances equipment, the automatic control of the full-automatic washing machine etc. all first to use advance detection then realize control.The invention of the computer bring the human being society monstrous impactdetection that the acquisition of the calculator information, primarily depend on detection technique, transducer to withdraw, combine, convert, pass the information inthe computer to handle, and output control information,then finish the control request. Combine transducer with computer together to advance the control performanceThis text aim at practice produce,get across the study of thickness detection technology, and recommend the thickness detection technique in the production practice, join my company production practice , selecting the suitable thickness detection technique, use the thickness detection output worth as the steel plate select foundation ,here full general steel plate according to 0.1 mms to select, form the hold system of an integrity.
