基于图形分类识别的辅助设计系统

【摘要】 本系统是专门针对挤压铝型材的辅助设计而开发的一套综合应用系统,包括产品辅助设计系统和模具辅助设计系统。挤压铝型材的应用十分广泛,多品种小批量的特点以及市场竞争的加剧要求设计和生产必须迅速。通过对挤压铝型材截面的分析研究,发现产品形状有一定规律可循,因此本系统运用图形分类识别方法,将挤压铝型材截面形状进行分解,分解出的形状称为基本形状,所有的铝型材截面形状都可以由这些基本形状组成。通过基本形状的组合,将铝型材截面进行了分类,这样现有图纸就可以基于它的形状进行分类识别了。系统再运用柔性编码方法,将运用华正软件设计的每份产品图纸与铝型材截面分类项目对应,实现了对现有图纸的快速检索,检索出的产品图纸可以调入华正软件中进行处理,即可实现产品的变异式辅助设计,加快产品图纸的设计时间。根据挤压模具图纸的图号与产品图纸的图号相对应的特点,在产品图纸检索出来后,模具图纸也能相应地检索出来,再调入华正软件进行处理实现挤压模具的变异式辅助设计,加快模具的设计时间。产品辅助设计系统还增加了对产品的属性管理。模具辅助设计系统以现有的挤压设备为基础挤压工艺为准则,结合现有挤压模具结构图以及已经应用成熟的挤压理论,建立了各类挤压理论知识、挤压设备资料、典型挤压工艺数据库和模具制造工艺数据库等,并能根据型材断面的形状特征及几何性质采用人机交互方式进行挤压工艺参数的计算与模具设计,并生成模具加工工艺卡片,提高了模具设计和加工质量,减少了模具制造费用。论文对图形分类识别方法和柔性编码方法进行了详细阐述,对本系统与华正软件的衔接也做了介绍。

【Abstract】 The general and applied system is for the aided design of extrusion aluminum-type materials including aided design system of products and moulds. The application of extrusion aluminum-type materials is very extensive. The characteristics of variety, small batch and aggravation of the market competition demand for short running of designing and producing. Trough the analysis to the section of aluminum-type materials, we find the products’ form is regular. So my system applies the method of figures for classifying and recognizing to decompound the section of extrusion aluminum-type materials. The forms decompounded are called the basical forms. All of the extrusion aluminum-type materials can be composed of the basical forms. Through the compounding of the bascial forms, the aluminum-type section is classified so that we can recognize easily on the base of drawing. Using the flexible coding method then, the system matches each product designed by China’s Straight Software(华正软件) with aluminium alloy section categorized project. Having realized the fast search of the existing drawing, the drawings of products searched out can be called in China’s Straight Software and dealt with. So we can realize aided design variationally and shorten the designing time of the products drawing. According to the characteristic that pinch mould picture number corresponds with picture of products drawing, the mould drawing can be searched out accordingly too and called by China Straight Software to deal with and realize aided design variationally and accelerate the designing cycle of the mould after the products drawings are searched out. Aided design system products increase attribute in product manage also. The aided design mould system is based on existing extrusion equipment, combing existing pinking the structure chart of mould and already using the ripe theory of pinch sets up all pinch theory knowledges, pinch equipment materials and pinch craft data and mould manufacturing engineering data base, etc. According to shape characteristic and geometrical nature of type materials section, it can adopt human -computer interaction way to account pinch parameters and design moulds, produce the processing technology card of mould. It has improved mould design and process quality and reduced manufacturing expense of moulds. This paper explained the method of figures classifying and recognizing and flexible coding method in detail and introduced the joining between this system and China Straight Software.
