【摘要】 在全球经济一体化和知识经济的大背景下，我国企业尤其是国有企业面临着严峻的挑战。我国企业要谋求生存和发展，必须善于吸取世界经济变革的新经验，实现经营战略的重心转移，大力培育企业的核心能力。在培育企业核心能力方面，目前主要有两条途径：一是自我创新积累法；二是公司扩张法，这两条途径都不太适合我国企业的实际，探索一条培育核心能力的有效途径无疑有重要的意义。本文在研究国外企业核心能力和战略联盟的理论与实践的基础上，提出了以学习型战略联盟培育企业核心能力的新观点。依据经济学和组织学习理论，剖析了基于学习型战略联盟培育核心能力的内在机理是联盟的知识转移；并借鉴第五项修炼的理论，建立了联盟内促进知识转移、核心能力培育的协同学习模式。同时，设计了通过学习型战略联盟来培育企业核心能力的基本构架，它包括企业核心能力的规划、学习型战略联盟的建立和学习型战略联盟的运行管理三个部分。本文为入世后我国企业应对激烈的竞争环境，快速、有效地培育企业核心能力提供了一条新思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the condition of the globe economy’s going into a whole and the knowledge economy’s coming near, enterprises will have to face the serious defiance which will come soon. To survive and develop, enterprises must be good at learning the new experiences from the globe economy’s variation, transform the center of their management strategy, and the most important thing is to cultivate their core competence. As to fostering core competence, there are two main ways at the moment: one is cumulating through innovation by enterprise itself, the other is through corporation field’s expansion, but nor of them is suitable for those enterprises in our country, so probing an effective way to foster corporation’s core competence is really meaningful. This article provoked a new way-foster the enterprise’s core competence through studying type strategy alliance on the base of foreign corporations’ core competence and strategy alliance studying through both academy and practice way; it reached such a conclusion that the inherent mechanism of fostering the enterprise’s core competence is the alliance knowledge’s transformation according to the theory of both economy and organization learning; it set up a coordinated studying mode to promote knowledge transformation and fostering the core competence by drawing lessons from the theory of the Fifth Discipline. This article also designed the basic framework for fostering enterprise’s core competence through the studying type strategic alliance, it includes three parts, those are: corporation core competence’s planning, the foundation of strategy alliance on studying and the alliance’s operation.
