输入非平衡条件下矩阵变换器的控制策略研究

【摘要】 本文在输入非平衡、输出平衡的情况下,对空间矢量调制的矩阵变换器的性能进行了评估。文中介绍了两种输入电流偏置角的控制策略,并做了比较。第一种方法基于使输入电流矢量与输入电压矢量保持固定偏置角。第二种方法中,输入电流矢量根据输入电压正、负序成分进行动态调制,并对两种情况下的输入电流的谐波成分都进行了分析。 1.作者首先采用MATLAB为系统建立了两种方法的仿真模型,用来验证控制算法和整套系统。在未考虑开关过程所产生的高频谐波成分时,采用方式2时的输入电流谐波要小于方式1。当仿真模型中的双向开关由两个IGBT和两个快恢二极管组成时,由于IGBT的开关损耗等因素对输入电流的影响,在仿真得到的输入电流频谱图中,谐波成分的减小不是很明显,但调制策略方式2和方式1的谐波成分仍有所不同。可见谐波成分的不同来源于不同的调制策略,并且可以推测谐波成分的不同反映的是谐波成分的减少。 2.自行研制了一台基于非平衡条件下的矩阵变换器的实验装置,并进行了相应调试。该试验装置以DSP为控制器,IMBH60-100 IGBT为功率开关器件,EXB840为驱动模块。实验结果表明本实验系统能成功实现对输出电压频率和幅值的调节。 本文建立的仿真模型为矩阵变换器的调制过程提供了方便的分析和调试依据,试验系统也为矩阵变换器的实际应用打下了一定基础。
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the performance evaluation of space-vector-modulated matrix converters under input unbalanced and output balanced conditions. Two control strategies of the input current displacement angle are presented and compared. The first one is based on keeping the input current vector in phase with the input voltage vector. In the second one, the input current displacement angle is dynamically modulated as a function of positive and negative sequence components of the input voltages. In both cases, the harmonic content has been evaluated analytically.At first, two simulation models for two methods are built by Matlab Simulink, which are used to test the control algorithm and the whole system. Harmonic components of the input current in method 2 is lesser than method 1, neglecting the losses and switching effects of the converter. The decreation of the harmonic components is not apparent, but different between method 2 and method 1, due to the influence of switch losses of the IGBT, which is consisted of two IGBT and two FRD. It can be seen that the difference of the harmonic component comes from different strategy , and it can also be reffered that the difference of the harmonic component reflects the decreation of the harmonic component.A set of experiment eqipment of MC under input unbalance is designed and debuged. The DSP is controller, IMBH60-100 IGBT is power switch device and EXB840 is driver. The results of the experiment succefully show that it can realize the modulation of the frequency and amplitude of the output voltage.Simulation models in this paper present convenient analysisand debug tools. The experiment makes good basis for practical application.
