流程型制造企业生产管理信息系统研究

【摘要】 ERP在离散式企业管理中已经得到了推广,但在流程式企业中的应用目前还比较少。本论文对比离散式生产企业生产特点, 借鉴ERP思想,提出了一个适用于流程型制造企业的生产管理信息系统模式,并为电解铝企业山西恒裕铝业有限公司开发了HY-ERP系统中的生产管理信息系统。依据流程型制造企业的生产特点,该生产管理模式以“提高质量、降低成本和提高客户服务质量”为根本出发点,根据生产能力来安排生产计划,然后按照配方生成采购供应计划;并控制质量相关因素来提高产品质量;加强对能源使用的管理和生产信息反馈,疏通产销环节来降低成本;灵活调整生产结构来提高客户服务质量。整个模式包括“配方管理”、“质量管理”、“设备管理”、“能源管理”和“标准维护”等几个要素。依据该生产管理模式开发的电解铝行业生产管理信息系统包括生产计划、质量管理、电能管理、统计报表、基础数据维护和用户管理等模块。系统以质量问题为核心,采用批号跟踪主要生产设备状态备案的方法考核产品质量,为生产过程提供反馈信息,从而实现了在不间断的流程型生产过程中产品质量的跟踪和控制;以生产成本中占据最大比例的能源费用为重点,对能源使用进行规划控制。本系统作为HY-ERP的一部分,与供应链、设备管理以及领导查询等其它系统集成一个有机的整体,实现了信息共享,增强了生产系统对市场的快速反应能力。本生产管理系统在山西恒裕铝业有限公司进行了实施和运行,实现了信息化管理,有效地提高了生产管理水平和工作效率,在ERP应用于流程型企业的研究中取得了一定的成果。

【Abstract】 Although ERP has been widely applied in discrete production enterprises, its application in successive manufacturing enterprises is rarely found. In this thesis the features of successive production are analyzed with contrast to the discrete production. With the adoption of the ideas of ERP, an information system mode for production management in successive manufacturing enterprises is presented. Based on this mode, the production management information system was developed for the Shanxi Hengyu Aluminum Co.According to the features of successive production, this production management mode focuses on the aim of High Quality, Low Cost and Strong Competition Capability. The production planning is based on the maximum equipment production capability. Then the supply planning is established according to the production planning and the formula. The production quality and energy consumption are controlled to reduce the cost and adjust the production types to strengthen the market competition. The whole mode includes the key elements such as Formula, Quality, Equipment, Energy and Standards.The analysis of Aluminum Electrolysis Industry was carried out. Based on this production management mode, a production management information system was developed. The system includes Production Planning, Quality Management, Energy Management, Statistical Reports, Basic Datum Management and Users Management. The system adopts a special coding method to track production quality, and the electrobaths’ state is fed back to adjust production. This method realizes the efficient quality control in the successive production process. As the main part of production cost, energy consumption is controlled. As a part of HY-ERP, the production system is integrated with other systems such as Supply Chain, Equipment Management<WP=6>and Query of Leader. The information is shared by all the sub systems and the responsibility of the enterprise to markets is strongly enhanced.This production management information system has been applied in the Shanxi Hengyu Aluminum Co. The system improved Hengyu’s management and production efficiency greatly. Therefore it sets an example of the ERP application in successive manufacturing enterprise.
