技术创新与企业核心竞争力研究

【摘要】 随着知识经济时代的到来，世界经济一体化的趋势日趋明显。企业要想在激烈的国际竞争中保持持续、稳定、健康、快速的发展，根本的途径在于利用自身的优势、克服障碍、不断创新。 技术创新是企业生存和发展的保证，是企业核心竞争力的重要来源。我国企业缺乏国际竞争力是一个不争的事实。随着我国的加入WTO，和国外企业处于同一个平台竞争的我国企业如何增强抵御风险的能力，提高国际竞争力成为我国企业研究的一个重要课题。 本文从技术创新和企业核心竞争力基本理论出发，着手分析入世后我国企业面临的竞争态势，阐述了我国企业提高核心竞争力的历史必然性，并提出企业核心竞争力是企业持续竞争的优势之源。在探讨如何构建企业核心竞争力的问题上，认为技术创新是提高我国企业核心竞争力的有力和必要手段。文章在第三章企业核心竞争力的战略构想中，创造性地提出在培育企业核心竞争力这一问题上分两步走：先构建企业相对竞争力，再培育企业核心竞争力，并且加强对企业核心竞争力的管理。在运用技术创新构建企业核心竞争力的过程中提出两种基本模式：一是自我发展构建成内在的企业核心竞争力；二是企业收购兼并和与拥有互补优势的企业形成战略联盟的模式。不仅有理论论证，而且有实证分析。 文章最后针对我国企业在技术创新中存在的产权、体制和市场问题进行分析并提出与之相应的可供操作的具体对策建议。并以三一重工通过技术创新实现成功上市的案例说明运用技术创新构建企业核心竞争力的可行和可取之处。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the arrival of the knowledge economic Age, the trend of economic unify is more and more obvious. Enterprise must overcome the difficulties and make use of its own superiority to innovate if it want to contiuly and fastly developTechnological innovation which can ensure the existence and development of enterprise is the source of the core competence of the corporation. The fact that Chinese corporations lack of competence is certain. With the our nation’s enterance to WTO, the fact of how to strengthen the international-competence of our nation’s corporations and increase the ability to resist the risks becomes a important problem. From the basic theory of both technological innovation and the core competence of corporation the paper analysis the competitive situation and the trend to improve the core competence of our national corporation after our nation entrance to WTO. The paper discuss the problem about constructing the core competence which is carried out from two sides: cultivating the relative competence and then constructing the core competence , and conclude that technological innovation is the necessary method to improve the core competence. At the same time it advocate to construct the core competence through technologic innovation from the two kinds models: Firstly enterprise develop intrinsic competence;Secondly enterprise purchase and annex those enterprises which are complementary to each other to form unify from both the theory and the reality.At last, the paper analysis the problems existed on technological innovation and put forward some effective advises.更多还原
