湘江水源低温低浊度水处理试验研究

【摘要】 目前的水资源面临的问题有很多是水资源水质的问题。我国人均水资源占有量较低,由于水质问题,中国1m~3水的使用价值很低。面对水源水质的变化,常规处理工艺已显得力不从心。在各种改善水质的深度处理技术中,开发一种适合低温低浊度水质特征的混凝剂是最经济、最有效的方法。 本实验对低温低浊度情况下的混凝特征进行了初步试验研究,对各种混凝剂的性能进行了试验研究,试验的内容包括: (1)小试实验:通过混凝烧杯试验,筛选适合低温低浊度湘江株洲河段水处理的混凝剂和助凝剂,探讨和研究典型混凝剂和助凝剂的混凝机理,确定适合低温低浊度的湘江源水的最佳混凝剂投加量。 (2)中试试验:将小试试验所获得的试验参数运用到中试试验,通过对聚合氯化铝和聚硅硫酸铁处理低温低浊度水进行对比研究,全面考察聚硅硫酸铁对低温低浊度湘江源水的处理效果,进一步确定聚硅硫酸铁在不同浊度和温度下的投加量。 试验结果表明:在对受到微污染的湘江源水的处理时,聚硅酸铁混凝剂的预先聚合作用可明显消除混凝条件,如pH值、碱度、混合时间等因素对混凝的影响。铁的水解产物可发生电中和及吸附凝聚作用。聚硅酸大分子表现出明显的吸附架桥和粘附卷扫作用。聚硅酸铁絮凝体粗大、密实,沉降快,能够深入滤料,增大滤料的吸附容量。聚硅酸铁对浊度、有机物的去除效果明显,对色度的去除效果欠佳。
【Abstract】 Many problems which water source is facing are the quality of water source. The average available quantity of water source per people is extremly low in China. The water quality is even worse. By now, the tradiontial process of water treatment is not suitable. Finding a new floccutant for low temperature and low turbidity water is an economy method among all kinds of water purification technologies.This experiment made some primary lab reserches about the characteristics of flocculants. The followings are the contents:(1) Jar experiment: through jar experiment, flocculants are screened out for low temperature and low turbidity water taken from Xiangjiang river; discussing and research on coagulation mechanism; determining the quantity of flocculant.(2) Production experiment: make sure of the dates acquired from lab experiment and jar test to run the typical water plant. By contrasting the effect of polyaluminum chloride and polymeric ferric silicate-sulfate, it can be concluded that polymeric ferric silicate-sulfate is suitable for low template and low turbidity water.The results indicates that when treating slightly polluted source water of XiangJiang river, pre- polymerization can eliminate the influence of ingredients in water. Ferric hydrolysate have neutralisation and adsorption. Silicic giant molecule behave flocculation and bridge. It is found that the sizes and density of the floe was increasing and the residual turbidity of the settled water was reduced evidently.
