【摘要】 本文对供应链企业的合作和契约的签订进行了较系统的研究，主要研究工作包括：在已有的供应链管理的基础上，从总体上探讨了供应链合作伙伴关系的建立，供应链契约的签订是对供应链合作的有效、有益的补充，供应链契约以书面形式确定了供应链的合作伙伴关系，保证了供应链合作关系的实用性。以及供应链合作整体绩效的评价；从理论的角度对供应链合作伙伴关系、供应链合作类型、供应伙伴的选择方法、供应链契约进行了初步分析。从结构、功能、运作三个角度对供应链及其合作伙伴进行了分类，并结合不同供应链企业的特点，总结提出了供应链合作类型的设计策略；首先讨论建立供应链合作伙伴关系的意义，接着深入分析合作伙伴对整个供应链的有利处及潜在的风险，并根据供应链合作伙伴关系的特点提出了基于层次分析法的供应链合作伙伴的选择步骤，然后在确定了合作伙伴之后为了稳定合作伙伴关系，降低合作的风险提出了合作企业之间签订供应链契约，最后针对供应链合作的效果进行绩效评价；根据调研的具体情况，综合理论分析提出了针对特定的企业的供应链合作伙伴关系建立的具体步骤及绩效的评价指标。通过调研和实地考察，把理论与实践相结合，针对我国的供应链管理现状提出供应链合作的可行操作，对现实有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This thesis presents a systematical research on Supply chain Partnership and Supply Chain Contract. The main results of the thesis are efly summarized as follows: On the base of the researches on Supply Chain Management, the Supply Chain Partnership is studied. Supply Chain Contract is the availability and useful replenishment of constructing the Supply Chain Partnership. We also evaluate the integrated effectiveness of the Supply Chain Partnership. The relationship, type and selection methodology of the Supply Chain Partnership are theoretically analyzed. Supply Chain and Supply Chain Partnership are sorted according to their structures, functions and operational fashions. And the corresponding partnership design strategies to different kinds of partnership are described. This paper discusses the significance of the establishment of Supply Chain Partnership, the benefits and potential risks of the Supply Chain Partnership. We use Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for rhe selection of Supply Chain Partnership. The supply chain companies should sign supply chain contract after the selection for the sake of the stability of Supply Chain Partnership. At last, on the base of a particular enterprise, we give a sample to illustrate how to establish the Supply Chain Partnership and its evaluation.Results of the thesis will promote the theoretical research and the applications of supply chain management to certain extent.更多还原
