地震现场建筑物安全鉴定智能辅助系统

【摘要】 近几年来我国对地震现场建筑物安全鉴定工作给予了充分的重视,尤其国家标准《建筑物安全鉴定》(GB18208.2-2001)的颁布实施,使鉴定工作达到一定的标准化和规范化程度。本文主要对地震现场受震房屋的诸影响因素之间的关系、量化方法、安全性评价方法以及智能辅助系统建立等方面进行了研究。 本文工作具体包括以下几部分内容: 确定了影响地震现场建筑物安全性的三大主要因素及其相关因素。并根据诸因素间的内在联系,系统地建立了地震现场建筑物安全性影响因素关系图。 从国家标准《建筑物安全鉴定》(GB18208.2-2001)出发,按照国家标准中对各类安全建筑震损状态的规定,并以专家现场评判的方法直接给出了影响房屋震损的各基本因素在不同状态的评价向量,从而初步的解决了地震现场建筑物安全性鉴定这一具有较强主观性、模糊性的定性指标的量化方法与评价标准问题。 通过对专家处理该类问题的特征以及模糊决策方法的分析,提出了地震现场建筑物震损的二级模糊综合评定方法。较好地解决了具有多因素、多层次、定性与模糊同时存在的复杂系统的决策问题,从而使基于专家经验的传统震损评价方法更具有科学智能化。 结合建筑物震损的模糊综合评价模型与专家系统的构造思想,应用VB、VBA等编程语言开发了地震现场建筑物安全鉴定智能辅助系统(IASSAB)。该系统采用了以图形用户界面(GUI)为基础的多重文档界面(MDI),为用户提供了一个方便、直观、易于操作的交互环境。另外本系统还具有把鉴定结果自动处理成Word报告的功能。该系统主要用于地震现场房屋建筑的快速安全性鉴定。最后,本系统运用到两个实际问题中,所得结论与专家的经验判断一致。
【Abstract】 In recent years, safety assessment of buildings in post-earthquake is paid extensive attentions in China. With the publishment of national standard "safety assessment of buildings"(GB 18208.2-2001), the assessment becomes standardized. In this paper, some research in the damage of buildings in post-earthquake field has been done in such fields as the relationship of different influences, the method of measurement, the method of safety evaluation, the development of aided decision system and so on. Concrete studies in this paper are as follows:Three main factors and their correlative other factors to the building’s safety in post-earthquake field are ascertained. According to the inherent relations of all factors, a chat of the factors which influence the building’s safety is systematically established.According to the national standard "safety assessment of building" (GB18208.2-2001) and the prescript of all kind of safe building’s earthquake damage state and by using expert’s field evaluation method, the estimation vectors of affecting building earthquake damage’ every basic factor in every state are directly given. Thereby, the measure method and evaluation standard problem of building safety assessment in post-earthquake field which is subjective and fuzzy are preliminarily resolved.Second-class fuzzy synthetic evaluation method of building earthquake damage in post-earthquake field is established by analyzing traits of these problems treated by experts and fuzzy decision method,which resolve decision model of this complicated system with manyfactors and many layers and qualitative and fuzzy altogether. So traditional earthquake damage evaluation method based on expert’s experience is promoted to science decision method.Combining fuzzy synthetic evaluation model of building earthquake damage with formation idea of experts system, applying programs, such as VB and VBA, Intelligence Aided System For Safety Assessment Of Buildings On Sit is developed (rudiment). This system provides user an alternant condition with convenience and directness and wieldy by adopting multi-document interface(MDI) based on graph user interface (GUI), and auto transforms assessment results to Word report. This system is mainly applied in direct safety assessment of buildings in post-earthquake field. At last, this system is validated by two examples, the result is consistent with expert’s experience judge.
