550kV六氟化硫断路器开断特性的分析与研究

【摘要】 本文结合长江三峡550kV GIS中SF6断路器的科技攻关项目,建立了断路器开断过程中灭弧室内静电场、一维气流场、二维气流场的数学模型;根据气体放电的基础理论选定了衡量断路器能否成功开断的标准,并通过一维和二维气流场的有机结合,有效地解决了原二维气流场计算软件无法计算有载开断的难题,具有较强的工程实用性。 本文采用与试验紧密结合的方法,在给定机械行程曲线的基础上对三峡工程中采用的550kV SF6断路器在开断小电容电流、短路开断方式5短、中、长燃弧电流过零后3ms内灭弧室二维静电场分布进行了分析计算;对该断路器开断小电容电流时近似的冷态场进行了二维仿真分析计算;在对短路开断方式5短、中、长燃弧一维气流场进行分析计算的基础上进一步采用一维气流场和二维气流场相结合的方法,对该断路器开断方式5短燃弧和中燃弧对应的二维热态场进行了分析计算。在应用有关电器理论、流体动力学等对其计算结果进行详尽分析和解读的基础上进一步对该断路器的开断性能作了综合评价,并与试验结果进行了比较。 本文研究的断路器目前在开关行业中比较先进,所用软件可信度也较高,且文中所用数据均从真实试验中得到,所以本文得到的计算结果对今后新产品的开发必将起到一定的指导作用。

【Abstract】 In this paper, associated with the key problem of 550kV SF6 high voltage circuit breaker which is used in GIS of three Gorges project, the mathematical models of static electrical field and one-dimensioned and two-dimensioned gas flow field during the overall breaking process in arc chamber of circuit breaker are developed. On the basis of gas discharge theory, the criteria to judge the interruption success is determined. Through the combination of one-dimensioned and two-dimensioned gas flow field software, the problem that the primary two-dimensioned gas flow field software can’t calculate the hot gas flow field has been effectively solved. So it is very practical in engineering.Associated tightly with the stokes measured in small capacity current breaking and short-circuit breaking test duty T100a (short arc, middle arc and long arc), the electric field distributions 3 ms after current zero have been calculated. The cold gas flow field corresponding with small capacity current breaking is calculated. Based on the results derived from one-dimensioned gas flow field simulation, the two-dimensioned gas flow fields corresponding with short-circuit breaking test duty T100a (short arc and middle arc) are calculated as well. The author applies the electric and fluid theory to analysis the results in detail and evaluates the interruption performance of the circuit breaker. Furthermore, the calculated results are compared with the test results.The studied circuit breaker in this paper is very advanced in the electric domain nowadays, the software used are very credit and all the data used is got from real tests, so the calculated results will guide the direction of new product design in the future.
