纳米晶陶瓷材料激光快速成型信息处理技术研究

【摘要】 快速成型技术的数据信息处理是整个系统的基础。本文对纳米晶陶瓷材料激光快速成型信息处理技术进行了研究,主要包括STL数据模型的错误与缺陷自动检测和修复、基于STL文件的分层切片算法,扫描路径的生成及激光光斑半径的补偿算法、模型的三维真实感显示技术,并开发了相关的软件。 由于大多数CAD软件在生成STL数据模型时会出现一些错误与缺陷,严重影响了后续处理过程。本文对它进行了分类介绍,从它们的形成机理角度上,初步探讨了这一问题的解决办法。 分层切片是RP系统中信息处理的核心内容之一。目前的切片算法虽然有了许多改进,但仍然存在着拓扑结构复杂与简单和边的搜索效率上的矛盾。在本文中设计了简单的拓扑信息结构,用递归算法实现了三角形边的搜索过程,不仅算法简单而且提高了搜索的效率。 扫描路径的规划关系到快速成型制件的效率和精度。文中设计了有效的扫描线与多边形边的求交算法,保证了交点的正确配对;采用分区域扫描策略,提取同区域的扫描矢量完成了扫描,使成型速度与精度都有所提高。 激光光斑半径具有一定的宽度,影响了快速成型制件的精度,必须进行光斑半径的补偿。本文在分析现有算法的基础上,对现有算法在数学上加以提炼与升华,提出了确定不同补偿类型的两个判据,不仅没有对原有算法作近似和简化处理,还使得该算法简单实用,效率也有了很大提高。 模型的三维真实感显示是检查STL数据模型正确与否的重要手段,关系到快速成型信息处理系统顺利执行的成败。本文利用OpenGL技术对模型的三维真实感显示和各种视图变换进行了介绍,使得成型系统的各个阶段的模型实现了可视化,为用户观察、修改模型提供了便利条件。
【Abstract】 Date information process is a base of whole RP system. In this paper, checking and repairing STL model automatically, slicing STL file, planning scan path and compensating Laser radius, visualizing STL model were studied, and the application software was developed.The STL date model produced from CAD software often have some errors. Those errors impressed seriously on the late date processing. In the paper, those were classified and introduced. The paper discussed the problem briefly at the point of the causes the lead to those errors.Slicing is one of the key components in RP date information system. Although having some development in recent algorithm, there is a contraction in what date structure is simple or complex and what the edge searching efficiency. In paper, the date topology was designed, searching process being done by recurring function. So the algorithm is simple and searching efficiency is available.Planning scan path impress on the efficiency and accuracy of RP parts. Effective scanning line algorithm was designed; Divided scan path was used, and extract scanning line vector to area filling. It can be concluded that this algorithm increases manufacturing velocity and accuracy.Laser radius have a certain width, which have effect on manufacturing accuracy. It must be compensated. The paper analyses recent algorithm, abstract its mathematic theory from the point of math, and give two judgments for compensate type. It makes the algorithm simple and increases efficiency greatly, but not makes the result approximated.3D visually model is the important measure for checking STL date model. It links to whether RP system carried out smoothly. In the paper, OpenGL and some view transfer were presented. It gives user a convenient way to viewing and amending model.
