【摘要】 人力资本对经济增长的促进作用各国的经济学家虽曾作过大量的理论和实证研究，然而这些研究体现的却是一般与共性，对人力资本与高科技企业成长这一特殊企业群体的关系尚缺乏深入、系统、完整的研究，本文正是基于这一点，对人力资本与高科技企业成长进行一些有益的探讨。 随着知识经济的发展，高科技企业逐渐成为社会经济的主要组成部分和新的增长点，而人力资本在高科技企业中占有十分重要的战略地位。文章探讨了人力资本的涵义及其特征，并研究了人力资本在高科技企业中的地位与作用，得出了人力资本是通过创新来影响高科技企业中各生产要素的使用效率，进而促进高科技企业向前发展这一结论。人力资本的出现影响了高科技企业的管理体制和分配办法。同时，高科技企业增加对人力资本的投资，建立完善的人力资本机制，又可以进一步促进企业的成长。文章最后通过实证研究阐述了人力资本对高科技企业成长的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Economists from all over the world have made theoretical and practical researches on how the human capital promotes the economy, however they have not researched thoroughly the relationship between the human capital and the growth of the hi-tech enterprise colony. That is the topic this article focuses on.With the development of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises have gradually become the principal components and new growth point in social economy while the human capital occupies a key strategic status in high-tech enterprises. This article probes into human capital’s connotation and features, and studies its status and functions in high-tech enterprises, and draws a conclusion that human capital, by scientific and technological innovation, influences the working efficiency of every production element in high-tech enterprises so as to accelerate its development. The appearance of human capital affects the management system and allocation patterns in high-tech enterprises. Meanwhile, those corporations can get further achievement by building up appropriate human capital system . At the end of this article, the writer puts forward the example to state the opinion.更多还原
